First I’ll start by saying that this location is 1 minute from my house and I’ve been getting gas and other items from this gas station for two years. I went in today and experience the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went to exchange or return an item and the cashier told me that he would exchange it but I could not come back to the store. I was absolutely shocked and filed a corporate complaint with Exxon Mobile direct. Very poor customer service cashier was experiencing some kind of power trip and was extremely rude to me. That’s okay because there is a gas station right across the street next to McDonalds and I’ll just take my business there that’s the beauty of America.
