Mike is one of the most honest, reliable & best mechanics there is!
Laura his wife takes care of the office & is just as kind & professional!

I would rate them higher but with a recent visit I just can't. First of all I have been taking my vehicles to Mike for many years based of a recommendation from a friend. Mike and Laura are great and they often have the best price in town. However, on my last visit in October 2023 the experience was less than usual. I brought my wife's Lancer there because it was turning over slow and I didn't want her to get stuck. So I brought the car to Mike so he could see if it was the alternator or just a battery issue. Thankfully he diagnosed it with a battery issue changed the battery and the oil and filter and I thought I would be on my way. Upon picking up the vehicle my wife did not drive a mile when I get a call from her. She said the AC did not work. I got it home and sure enough, the AC was not working. When we dropped the car off with working A/C. This was after hours on a Friday so I had to wait to Monday to address the problem. I left a message on Friday night and several messages on Monday, I finally got Laura on the phone Monday afternoon and she immediately denied any responsibility for the AC being broken. She said what they did would not affect the AC. She was able to get me in the next Wednesday to look at the AC. Upon looking at it, I got a call from Mike saying the Compressor is bad and he gave me an estimate of $1,100 to fix it. I was livid. It is very strange that my AC would break while in Mike's care. I believe the technician did something that broke the AC and I believe that Mike's auto knew about it because they stated that they took the car for a test drive but didn't want to take responsibility for the technician's blunder. I am very disappointed with Mike and Laura because they are better people than that.
