This store where sneaky thieves I went to get a new phone and accessories case etc they charged my card for phone and case .after hooking new phone they then said oh I don't have one to fit it new model i will bring a case and have it here the next day for me to pick up.
When I got home that night I found out the thieves at the store charged my card another $386 at 11:15 p.m that night when the store was closed .also as we went through the bag with phone box there was no receipt I also had page $50 for the case that was supposed to come the next day I still have not received it a phone call or nothing I would never send anybody to this store or recommend it to anybody ever shop at your own risk as I did out the store manger Sean and the young man who had helped me was the store owners nephew per the store manager Sean. I have tried contacting the store owner. More details to come

Very rude, the man working the store spoke to me like he was scolding a small child. We had a heated exchange and when I left, another customer said the guy in the store is a p.o.s. as "he" left. Clearly he was rude to him as well. Getting new service with a new provider. I will not pay nor patronize such ill treatment. Very unprofessional.

Richy es muy profesional, busca la solución al problema que tienes, He is a problem solver, a good asset for this place. He help me changing my High security password fast , just one call and the right identification and problem solve. Other store want me to wait two weeks until one big boss on the store, Thank you Richy.

Wanted to say Jackie was an excellent service person and knows how to make a person smile also feel joy , she helped me out pick out a phone with a excellent price , best metro experience I had and from the best metro store! I will be coming here again hopefully she’ll be the one to assist again !

I was there getting a new phone for my daughter and was assisted by Jason. Jason was very knowledgeable and super kind. He helped us make a decision on what phone would be better for her. He was enthusiastic and very friendly, great asset to Metro, good job Jadon! And thank you for all your help ?
