I have had a great experience with Anna. Pink and White . Tried chrome . I get a lot of positive compliments. My Mom sees Candace . Both do awesome job . Consistent . Pedicures are great too.

Had a simple manicure and pedicure . It was fine and normal and I was quoted $50. I told them I didn’t want any polish but to only buff the nails. That’s less work and less time. When the ran my credit card they charged $10 more to buff the nails. Crazy that a manicure and pedicure which includes polish qnd is additional work & time for them - I had them skip that to just use a buffer block for less then a minute and they charged $10 . They didn’t even advise me that the buffer would be extra. So heads up on the undisclosed unreasonable charges .

This was my first time getting my nails done (acrylic fills) from Ana. She came highly recommended and I absolutely love the way my nails look. She takes her time she makes sure that you like the color and then proceeds and even at the end double checks with you to make sure that you still are happy with the manicure. This has now become my go-to spot. And the online booking makes it even easier to get an appointment.

not only did they give me the wrong dip color after not telling me they didn't have the color I wanted. even tho I know the color I chose was labled 6, and they gave me 9 instead. they tried to blame me for not telling them sooner it was the wrong color, which again weird since they said they knew it was the wrong color, the owner even said he told my tech it was wrong and that she forgot to tell me lol. it was dip so in powder form they are both shades of pink btw. just a massive blame game. didn't give me any off of the service for finishing my nails in a color I didn't really want and had to settle for, and on top of that the price of my nails went from $42 base for a full set dip powder - to $58 because I got an almond shape. so I was charged 18 additional dollars simply for an almond shape. this place is a joke and my nails look like crap

I have come to this location a few times. The first few times trying out different techs to see which one I will be staying with because of technique, art style, abilities, etc.I made an appt with a specific tech but when I got there. She wasn't there and I let then know exactly who I was there to see. I sat down and a young lady said she will do my nails, I kindly let her know I have an appt with another tech and she insisted. Not looking for a fight and for the sake of time I reluctantly agreed. She asked what I needed and I was told to come in 3 weeks after my prior appt for a fill. So I did. I originally wanted new colors but they said no a fill is the same color.I Spoke to the lady doing my nails, I asked to shorten the nails but still keep the coffin shape. She did just that- while doing her thing I asked about things here and there. The nails I got weren't long at all. She said a fill was $50. My tech before said it would be only $30-$35.I asker to have the glitter accent on the tip of the nail for ombre effect- she said that would be $10 extra because it's a design but the whole nail in glitter would be cheaper. Makes no sense at all- the tip vs a whole nail is more? Anyway, I asked about the sticker for a nail- another $10...1 sticker. Insane. Then I asked about dips vs the other..looks like she is Nicole and diming everything....while filing the nail with the drill bit, she cut my cuticle with the drill...3 on my left hand (ring, middle and pointer) and 1 on my right (my pinky). My middle finger starts bleeding and she said oh you're ok, ill spray with alcohol and you wash your hands...seriously. FOUR TIMES??? CMON.2 days later, my nails start lifting and snagging on my hair, then my pointer nail almost pops off completely. I call and tell them what's happening and mind you, 2 days prior i spent $65(including tip) ONLY ON FILLS!!!!! just to have my nails do this. I come in, she says "you broke you nails" I said no, they're lifting. She replies, I'll fix it but if they do it again here is glue you can have and you will need a new set. Why not say that from the beginning??While she fixed my nail amd glued the rest to seal them, she cut me AGAIN on my right pointer this time. She said "oh you have sensitive skin" ...anyone would have sensitive skin of you're holding a DRILL BIT ON THEIR CUTICLE FOR TOO LONG!!!!I told Kevin, and he apologized. That's all. Idk if I want to come back. Super disappointed. I wish mimi was there. This wouldnt have happened.
