My wife and I are extremely happy with our new GX 550. I love the fact that you work with one point of contact throughout the entire process. My trade in was appraised at top dollar. I was very pleased with the mobile service I received from JM Lexus. I had a very large screw in my tire, called Lexus and within 20 minutes a very pleasant, polite young man was at my house to replace my tire with the spare. He was done within 10 minutes and referred me to the dealership to purchase a new tire since it was in a spot that couldn't be repaired.

I will only buy my new Lexus from JM . Daniel was amazing he is the best customer service rep i have ever known . This dealership should be a model to Lexus as to how to out sale everyone .

We bought a 2-year-old ES350 from Bruno Dasilva at JM Lexus, we visited several Lexus dealerships in the process, and Bruno is in a league of his own, 10 out of 10. Especially appreciated how he organized the process, answered every question, kept things moving along and easy to follow, very straightforward experience. The way car buying should be, I think the whole vibe at this Lexus dealership with no dealer fees was great and Bruno made it exceptional. Very highly recommended!

Today 8/31/24 I brought my vehicle in for routine service. My service specialist is Daniel Washington, as always very pleasant, takes time explaining what services I'll be receiving. I even got a chance to catch up with Eric Rogers. Thank you JM Lexus team for making sure I have a good experience.
Update: On 3/2/24 I brought my car in for routine service. About 20 minutes later I received a phone call from Sales Manager Eric Rogers ( A very pleasant family man). Eric discussed with me the benefits of my current lease. I returned the next day 3/3/24 and was blessed with a new 2024 ES 350. Eric listened to my concerns, answered all questions, offered other options, never felt pressured. Eric thanks for making sure I had another great experience. I'll see you again.
3/19/2022 I arrived at JM Lexus hoping to leave with a new car. My reality came true, I left with a new 2022 ES 350. I had the most pleasant experience with Mr. Dario D, he was so nice to us. Dario listened to what I was looking for and was very honest. Dario was Professional and had full knowledge about the vehicle I was purchasing. I've never felt so at ease at a dealership. Thank you Dario D. I'll definitely be back.

I had a wonderful experience at JM lexus and left with a great, new IS350. Donald Norton was instrumental in helping me make the right decision and providing valuable information to do so. He was thorough, transparent, and considerate throughout the process, which made it much easier to come to a decision. I'll be looking forward to speak with him again in any future dealings.

The service lounge on the second floor is lovely. My point person was friendly and had me out in under two hours for my 5000 mile service.
