Doesn’t get any better! Fantastic music, great instructors and an hour of high energy, calorie burning, friend making dancing! Resistance weights and bands add up to full spectrum fitness!

I really enjoy the classes and the people at this Coral Springs, FL location. The instructors are energetic, friendly and lots of fun. There are plenty of classes to chose from and the music is great so it feels like you're dancing and having fun instead of working out.

This is my happy place! The workout is fabulous, the music is great, and the instructors are amazing. It's my favorite hour of the day! Excellent blend of cardio and weight training, better (and way more fun) than any other workout I've ever experienced. Very reasonably priced, too. Try it once, you'll be hooked!

Can't imagine my life without this place, awesome sound system & instructors. I have followed this center for almost 30 years , have made many friends and have no intention of stopping any time soon. I suspect I'll eventually be the real real old lady in the back away from the fans and a/c vents everyone else loves so much.:-):-)
