This review is long over due but this mechanic is the best. I had recently bought a used Honda pilot and noticed my car having oil leaks. I took it to a Honda dealership and they quoted me $5000 to fix my oil leaks stating that they had to pull my whole engine out and do a full reseal. I took my car back and brought it here for a second opinion. Turns out it was only my valve covers that were leaking and it only costed me $480. Ever since I got my car fixed I haven’t had any issues with the car and I’m very grateful that they were able to take care of me. They also did my timing belt later and I’ve been able to enjoy my car without worrying if it will break down on me.

He explains the problem thoroughly which eases my mind to understand how to take care of my car! He re-did my mini cooper and it runs so smooth. 04.08.23 7:55@m customer service was excellent!, didn't charge for checking out the car issues, but honestly I couldn't afford the repairs estimate. $1100 for replacing two front axles, two steering rog, allimenent and AC recharge.
I'm guessing this shop is not for cheap cars/customers. My car cost less then $2k and uses cheap parts I can't spend much on it, I prefer to buy another use car. Thanks for the good customer service and calling before doing the job.

Such an amazing experience. I took my car to the Honda dealer and to my old mechanic that I had for almost 20 years and they could not fix the problem. Honda wanted to charge me over $2000 between a gas tank issue and the V-tech system. My previous mechanics said all these issues were fixed, but they were not. All of that only for David to find that something was simply unplugged. The relief of getting my car to work properly after all the stress cannot be quantified. Thank you so much, y'all are my mechanics now.

I am extremely satisfied with the services they provided me. I took my mother's car to Japanese Auto Care Specialists, a 2007 Toyota Rav4. David and his team were very honest and professional about the car issues. They fixed it, and the car is excellent like never before. I had horrible experiences with big names in the car industry. Then I had problems with my car's A/C, a 2016 Honda. David was very professional, giving me many options to use different parts that could be more affordable. The peace of mind I have now that I found this mechanic has no value. I highly recommend Japanese Auto Care Specialists to everyone. David and team were wonderful. I recently moved to the area and had no AC in my 2006 MazdaSpeed6. He got me in same day and everything was done in 72 hrs. Only reason it took so long was because he had to order a part and I authorized it to be overnighted. Great work, fair price and honest, he showed me damaged part. Gold standard for small mechanic shop, wish everyone was as transparent and communicative as JACS and David. Thanks again guys!

David fixed my actuator issue and he charged a fair price, which was hundreds of dollars lower than the dealer quoted. I can't be happier. I feel that I was charged a fair price and I happily paid for his expert service. I plan on bringing my car to David any time I have an issue with my 2016 Rav4 in the future

Finally found a reliable and trustworthy mechanic shop in south Florida! This shop is under new ownership as of 5 years now. David is absolutely amazing, no job is too big or small, took my car after being referred by a family member to this shop, I thought I was in for a huge bill thinking I'd need to replace my control arms. After meticulous research and inspection David found it was actually the front Huns that needed to be replaced. Gave me a price that was in line with what is the average so such work reached out to the deal and got me OEM parts. The work took about 3 hrs and my car is back on the road running just like she should. It was pleasure to work with David and his team and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I'll definitely be back for all future work.
