I had this ongoing issue with my AC and the mechanics that I’ve seen have all just put Freon in it or said it was a leak. My car would be good for a few months and then back to the drawing board. I brought it to Glenn because my wife recommended him and he found out the culprit was the AC compressor. I also needed my tires replaced so he actually made arrangements to get new ones for me and had them put on while he had my car. I only had to pay him when I picked up my car. That’s what I call a one stop shop and great customer service! He’s been in business for 30 plus years and it shows, definitely bringing my car to him for everything.

Recently went to Hasset auto service was referred there by a friend. My Toyota has a electrical problem another shop wasn’t able to fix. They got my Toyota running again and it didn’t break the bank.

Glen has one of the best auto mechanic shops I know. It's a small pop business, with great customer service. It is the "cleanest" and most organized shop I have ever seen. Had a car serviced over 10 years ago and just brought my mother-in-laws Acura to be serviced and some codes cleared. Reasonable quotes, and honest assessments and recommendations. All types of cars, especially imports, welcome.

Glen is a very competent, reliable, honest, and fair mechanic. I have used his shop for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. When in a quandary as to what to do with my car, he gave me a fair and balanced suggestion even though it meant he lost out on the work. Customer service is excellent as he is always pleasant and courteous. Most essential--he delivers the job on time!

Hassett Auto Service has been a part of my family since 1992. Glen has taken great care of our vehicles with the best craftsmanship and best prices - let me not fail to mention, most courteous service. The cleanest shop EVER! He has graduated to our children's cars and extended family. All who I have recommended to Glen for auto service have been more than satisfied and have been steady customers of his since. Glenn is the Best mechanic! He is honest, fair and will not tell you, something needs to be repaired, if not, necessary! He has been my mechanic for 5 years and as long as he is in business, my car will be running great!

Hassett Auto Service has saved my car on many occasions when my Acura dealership service department has failed. I no longer trust my old dealership mechanics and technicians as they have reported things "broken" or " not repairable", but the owner of Hassett Auto, Glen, was able to fix it all and at a MUCH MORE reasonable price. I trust Glen with my car as he specializes in Acura and Honda models but is proficient in all makes and models no matter what car you drive. I definitely recommend his services. Not only is he skillful in his work, he is pleasant and has exceptional customer service!

5 star honest and trustworthy service. Glen explains everything he will do upfront and if there are changes he breaks it down before making changes. Efficient. It's difficult to find a mechanic that will give you honest service. Call ahead of time as he may be out test driving a car or running errands. If there is something he can't do he lets you know instead of taking your money and changing things you may not have needed. Definitely worth visiting. Bay 13.
