Greatful Pups is the best pet grooming service around. The take care of our Fiona every 3 weeks and do an amazing job. Before Fiona they did our Artemis for 3 years. We have never had a problem with them. Barbie & Phil are awesome.

Absolutely loved the customer service. They really loved on my senior Shih Tzu. Not only did they use preferred superior products on him, but his haircut was so cute. I would definitely recommend.

I have been taking my two pugs, Lola & Stella to Grateful Pups Spa for about a year now. They both LOVE it!!! The people there are fabulous! You can tell they truly LOVE what they do. We always feel like part of the family when we come in the door. Great place to take your fur baby!

On a recommendation, brought my golden retriever here for the first time today. As much as I try my best to keep her groomed, she needed a professional grooming. I was pleasantly surprised upon picking her up that she was just hanging out relaxing on the floor and not locked in a cage. She was absolutely gorgeous, groomed perfectly! I Will absolutely recommend this business to friends!

Lost a customer. Will not be returning for sure. Dog had an injury. Not worth risking health of my dog for a grooming. Don't think it was intentional but not worth the risk.

I am taking care of a special pup that was in need of some special love, a bath, toenails trimmed, and she was matted (not for lack of love). You name it, we got it! She was a new young lady when I picked her up! For our first time at Grateful Pups Pet Salon, she was treated like a queen! Thank you, Barbie Costillo, for all you and your staff did for our Mochi!

Barbie is amazing she has been my baby Allura's groomer since a pup she always takes special care of her and gives exactly what I ask for! I highly recommend her to everyone with a schnauzer or any dog! She and her husband truly has a gift. I thank you so much!! Enclosed are her before and after!
