Bought a Yocan Evolve Plus XL a few months ago, the charging port was acting up and would be super hard to plug into and then the button to ignite the coils goes out so i call to explain my situation and i tell them it’s never been dropped the button is just wobbly and wont work. Tells me they cant help me. Great 80$ down the drain. I have an older Yocan a cheaper model and it still works. Sad you wont stand behind your product, heres your 1 star review instead. ??

Their kratom tea is very weak I don't recommend I recommend the vape shop on 441 between Atlantic and Rock Island I recommend the green endo it's a little more expensive but it's 10 times better than Green manga and if you find out what that means it's like it talks about how it's pimp grade that there's no strength to it at all I wasted so much money here and I'm trying to save others from doing the same thing she overcharged me on purpose it was not an accident she said it came to $17 I said okay take $10 off my credit card and then I gave her a $50 bill and she gave me $17 and change back that's $20 not 17 and of course I never got a receipt I'm moving on and will never stop here again especially if I have to drink five tablespoons of their tea compared to two tablespoons at the other vape shop that tells you there's no strength in their stuff everything else might be okay but their kratom sucks totally sucks thank you
