I needed to choose between banks to get an issue with a business investor , and a proactive loan. I been a customer of SYNAVOUS Bank since it came to Florida. Today I went to the branch in Margate at Atlantic Boulevard in Broward County. It was a very nice surprise how big the parking lot, the convenient of the drive trough. The Bank has plenty of staff. I was very lucky to be treated by Ms Kay Bernard . Her amazing skills for service, knowledge, manners, kindness, , encouragement, the approach to my issues were impeccable and her drive to get results , solutions, getting calls , looking for the smallest detail with so much care for me to get my goal done…I appreciated her smile , self awareness and much more let me take my time to give a review for SYNAVOUS Bank and recommend it for personal or financial ‘s business . It is employee like Ms. Bernard who makes a company shine . I congratulate your bank for getting, retaining, a useful , capable , efficient,team member who helps successfully growth your name SYNAVOUS among the others same old , traditional banks which are good for not attracting customers .like me.

First of all DO NOT BABK WITH THEM!! They robbed me my $100… I’ve been going back and forth for over a month with them for my $100… and the. The supposingly new manager is going to tell me that I don’t have a balance and if I don’t get out she is going to call the police!! When they owe me!!! Make it make sense!!!

Systems with really old versions. They need to up-to-date their system. It isn't easy to utilize or comprehend how they move your money around. I used to have four banks, but now I only have three because I'm telling everyone. Because they can't trace a basic transaction, I've overpaid. This bank is nothing but a thief.

For years, I've had two company accounts. I made an honest error and paid the wrong account, causing the others to go past due. The bank manager saw my error but lacked the authority to correct it, forcing me to pay the late fee and finance charge. They are criminials.

This is just absurd. I made a cash deposit at the ATM. I returned to the branch the next morning, and they stated I didn't deposit anything. I filed a claim with customer support, and they said I didn't deposit anything. They are obnoxious and cheap.

There have been multiple fraud cases in the last two months with no communication from Synovus Bank. This bank has given a poor response. He was disrespectful and unprofessional after waiting hours to speak with officials. Branch Manager with a bad attitude. It's finished! Not at all recommendable.
