called asking for a product they didnt have & the phone rep was extremely nicely, extremely helpful i was so surprised it led to do a review. although he couldnt offer me the product, he did his best to still help which is rare & says a lot about the business. thank you to whoever picked up, i hope your new year is amazing!!!!!!!
