Made to order? What I received couldn’t have been custom made for my order because I ordered “walnut”, which is universally known to be a brown color. What I received was a whiteish grey product with a thick/cheap looking black edge that was not mentioned anywhere in the product description. Lots of false advertising, bait & switch, mashed up with poor customer service. They put disclaimers on their website that appear to reference slight variations in color, but are actually used to send you items that don’t even remotely look like the pictures or descriptions. Apparently, in 2024, it’s really difficult for these guys to post accurate pictures of their products or agree that walnut should at very least be some variation of brown. Beware.

We wanted to add an accent wall to our primary bedroom and loved the Kalahari MirroFlex wall panels. I was super impressed with Decorative Ceiling Tiles as their customer service was spot on, especially given the small project size. Would highly recommend.

This company is awesome!! I had trouble with my order from Amazon (Decorative Ceiling Tiles sells some things through Amazon). Amazon would not even attempt to rectify the situation or offer a solution. In desperation, I contacted Decorative Ceiling Tiles directly. They listened and immediately offered a solution, even though they had no responsibility to do so. Their customer service is top notch, and in today's world, that is a rare trait. THANK YOU!

Great products and company. Exactly what I was looking for my shower remodel. I had a 1930s home upstairs master bath that tile companies did not want to rip out and tile for some reason. I used the MIrrorflex wall panels on an existing shower walls. Cascade 48x96" white. Easy to install for a non contractor. Customer service was very friendly and helpful throughout.

Ordered crown molding for our library. Was aware that it would take time to get here and was disappointed to find it was made of foam. I realize this is my fault for not reading well enough. It's right there. I expected something a little more heavy duty for the price I paid. However it looked great and it would still work perfect. When trying to install the corners found that the precut corners were not cut at the correct angle. Disappointing as I bought these so I wouldn't have to do it and yes my wall corner are square, I checked. Also found that the corner details do not match up so one side will have a bump detail and the other will not causing the white foam to be clearly visible. This is what bothers me most. Cut the pieces so that they match up perfectly.....it's foam. When I messaged them asking if they had touch up paint to cover up their mistakes they said no. How are you supposed to cover up these mistakes without touch up paint? Sure I can color match and it will be close but still highly disappointed. The end product looks great after lots of fine tuning and touch up but for the exorbitant cost of these I expect a much better product.

We've used Decorative Ceiling Tiles in four rooms over the past four years. We recently purchased crown molding and were delighted with the results. Our home is almost 100 years old and ceilings are plaster, which means plenty of cracks. The tiles go up fast and look terrific. Ordering is easy and shipments are fast.
