I wish this store manager do something about the bathroom. The bathroom is extremely dirty. it is unhealthy. I am sure the city has not inspected this store. There were only 2 employees for this busy store. I told the supervisor about this issue, but she didn’t even flinch.

Poor management with the pharmacy and the I guess text system on pick ups. I had to sit for 30 minutes after getting the text that my eye drops were ready. In addition it took an hr to fill a prescription that was on the shelf. Basically a grab and go buy when they want their. It don't take an hr to withdraw there money.. DO NOT COME HERE I REPEAT DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!!!

If I could give this filthy disgusting CVS zero stars I would. The store is disgusting and a mess they literally have two employees working in the front. The pharmacy is ATROCIOUS. I stood in the drive through line waiting for assistance finally got to the window and the woman was so incompetent she input my insurance all wrong told me my VA insurance was cancelled then shooed me away. I advised several times the insurance is good but outside of VA the doctor and pharmacy will need to contact the VA to confirm. The lady refused to call so I went inside. While inside I guess they didn't notice I was standing there and the woman was complaining about calling and how she didn't want to while the pharmacist was saying he doesn't care about my prescription his break is coming up so I can wait the hour. Absolutely DISGUSTING behavior especially from so called "health professionals".

If I could give them a negative 5 star I would. They pick and choose what medication they want to fill for me because they don’t want to give me everything. I had meds that I needed after coming off of other medication from a lower back injury and it was supposed to help me not be so sick. They literally refused to fill the medication and give it to me. The pharmacist told me that they are allowed to deny any medication they want too if they decide. After I sat in the drive through for 45 min because I got a call that all my meds are ready for pick up but only 2 out of 6 were ready and they were not filling the rest. They even refused to give me back my or so I can bring it to another pharmacy.

Any time that I call the # for this location I am ignored. I am on hold to speak to a pharmacist since 10:15am It is now 11:15am I am still on hold. I always try the automated system and the app first. If I had a choice I would never use CVS. They are the only pharmacy near me that has the medication/brand that I need.

I came into the store quickly to make a purchase and Betty helped me out and even went beyond in getting me a discount from the cvs extra care card that I had but didn't know as well as explaining the way it works to me. She was very pleasant and kept a smile on her face the whole time. I enjoyed my experience shopping at this CVS location.

Pharmacy still has filthy plastic barriers up that look like they've never been cleaned since installed. Employees still wearing useless masks. Not sure why. Between the filthy plastic barrier and not being able to barely understand employee talking thru idiotic mask it's a nightmare to go there. Take down these stupid filthy plastic barriers and enough with your pointless masks.

My photo order was not ready because the machine was not working that prints them. I was emailed and texted to pick them up and I wasted a trip there. I picked them up the following day and was given the wrong photo, had to come back AGAIN!

No different than any other place the state of retail is very sad. Waited in line in the drive through over 30 minutes and when it was my turn (only two cars left in line) everything stopped I couldn't get my meds OR speak to someone. They do it on purpose for lunch but why not hire enough staff to keep it open? Sad and shameful state of retail, but every chance I think about it I'm smashing this place with one star on a review site, website, thumbs down on Apple Maps, anything to make noise and maybe if enough of us hit them in the pocketbook they'll pay attention. After I get the meds they're holding hostage I'll never set foot in this location again. Peace. Shame on the employees and TRIPLE shame on CVS.
