The customer service is rude! I was hung up on while attempting to fill a prescription that they say is out of stock. I was told that they would check other locations and the women on the line stated “ I don’t know who told you that!” When asked to speak to her supervisor she stated “ok… you will have to hold for him” then hung up the phone.

On Tuesday they sent my daughter's pediatrician's prescription to this pharmacy and when I went to the medicine they told me that they didn't have it at that time that it would arrive the next day, the next day went by and the same thing until today Thursday around 8 pm I passed by again and they told me the same thing but this time they sent me to the side with the chemist and it turns out that the guy tells me that they don't have the medicine but then he goes and tells me to wait 10 or 15 minutes they prepared the medicine right there which bothers me because it is Something that cannot be done if you look for the medicine is because you need it, they made me wait since Tuesday so that I can see that they make it there, that is a lack of respect, they should change all the staff at that pharmacy

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! STAY AWAY FROM THERE!
THIS PLACE IS GUETO!!! DIRTY!!!DISGUSTING!!!
THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE, THEY DONT CARE TO HELP THE COSTUMERS!
THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PRESCRIPTION I NEED AND THEY MADE ME MAKE TWO LINES TO SPEAK WITH ME LIKE THEY DONT CARE! I HOPE THIS PLACE GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

I wish I caught their name, but whoever the woman was that answers the phone for the pharmacy is the absolute worst. Complete and utter disrespect and disregard towards people's health, questions, and concerns. They lack the basic skills needed to just answer their phone, let alone those needed to help people once they finally do answer. I think a new profession should be looked into if you cannot handle your own blatant rudeness towards scared and sick patients.

Have been going to this pharmacy for months since I just moved to the area and have family that need medicine monthly... the reviews are true. Very slow service. They barely pick up the phone. The drive-through is always a long process. I don't know if it's solely the staff or the circumstances they are dealt because it seems that they are short staffed and their equipment is dated (meaning the speaker to hear you in the drive through). I only put up with it because I live nearby, but it's annoying when you go (for instance) this morning, and the prescription department is closed, although the location is open? What sense does that make? 1/5 rating and I'd make it zero if I could.

Worse pharmacy service ever. They call and tell me the prescription is ready in an hour when I show up to pick they tell me they don’t have it on stock.

If i could give a zero i would. The pharmacy is horrific!!!!! Understand that they have absorbed the other locations customers, its clear that serving the customers was not apart of the decision process. Despite significantly long transaction periods for a simple prescription pick up they haven’t extended hours or increased staff. Set aside at minimum of a hour to pickup a prescription at this location or better yet do yourself a favor don’t send your scripts to be filled here.

This is one of the worst pharmacy to have your prescription sent to.. They are rude and unorganized, went there three times to pickup a prescription and was tool it would be ready within two days.. went back to get it with in the time I was told it would be read, only to be told it wasn't and I have to come back in a hour.. People are always standing around yapping and not doing what they need to do, the lines inside and drive thru is the worse.. needs new management..

Smh. I just purchased a old expired wine! I didn’t even noticed the date on the box until I got home and opened the box of Franzia. As soon as I taste the wine, it tasted old and bitter. Expired MARCH 2023! Wow 😨 CVS you need to do better because this is unacceptable! Returning the box now, let’s hope they return my money. Do not buy wine from here and if you do, check the expiration date.
