If one word could sum up this location it would be “dump” and on top of that like others said this place doesn’t even deserve one star.
1. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a disaster. Pot holes galore, high hedges blocking adjacent traffic and trash everywhere (all in the bushes)
2. This location and Margate police allows folks to panhandle right in front of the doors asking for money all the time. 2-3 visits here in a span of 2 months I have been met by one. Margate Police should be out here patrolling and citing folks for trespassing and loitering.
3. It takes forever to get prescriptions. It’s like waiting at the postal service with only 2 people in line.
4. When I’m at the front self checkout there is always something going on with the customers. A month ago two woman came in the store were spewing racial slurs to each other (Haitian and Spanish) due to a parking discrepancy. On my visit today a couple needed help at the front as they didn’t see any associates and were complaining that no one was there and was yelling “hello anyone working here”.
Until they fix the above I will go to another location like West Coral Springs. Unfortunately I will have to turn a 2 min drive to a 15 min drive all because how poor this store is operated.

I was picking up a prescription. The guy at the pharmacy which was the lab tech went for and beyond to make sure I was able to pick up my medication as well as the wait time was not Long at all.

If I could leave no stars I would but unfortunately YOU CANT. This is the worse location ever . Everybody here sucks. Don't go in store to try to get help at the pharmacy you'll be there the whole day. In the drive thru same thing but atleast you can sit in your car. Trying to call right now as we speak to do a refill. Guess what? I was put on hold for 11 mins. A girl answered the phone told me to hold on ... now she I've already waited an additional 11 mins. Gotta love it ?

Spent literally all day trying to get someone on the phone. No one ever picks up. It's so annoying! They don't seem to understand that people need their meds asap. They don't seem to care. This is the closest cvs to home, but i won't be going back here for any prescription.
