I'm very particular about the gyms I choose. Once my gym program closed down, I was looking for a new fit - something that offered the same camaraderie, attention to detail, and a myriad of opportunities coupled with that particular "feel" once you walk through the front doors. When I met Coach Nate and Sharon, they were very warming and welcoming and excited about the idea of having a new body in the gym. Most places exude that type of feel because they want new members to grow their family. But sometimes the "feels" go by the wayside and you wake up one day and you you're back to being just a gym member. NOT HERE! It has been an awesome experience for me. Not just because they offer an array of training to meet your specific fitness needs, but this isn't your typical Crossfit gym - they genuinely care about your technique and seeing results. They also offer a powerlifting program - a gym attached to, but completely separate from the main Crossfit box. I joined the powerlifting program and like Coach Nate says, "All I ask is that you check your ego at the door and trust the process." I did and have made significant gains in the last 4 months and will be competing in my first ever powerlifting competition in June 2024. This place is the real deal. If you want old school training coupled with updated equipment, compassion, and a dedicated interest to your new way of training lifestyle, this is the place for you. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended!!

Started doing CrossFit at the Lift District on May, went in wanting a change and to improve my overall health, my cholesterol kept going up and haven't even reached 30 I decided to make a change. The gym not only has provided a platform to improve my lifts and gain strength but to also feel better, more energetic and surely lower my cholesterol. The coaches here are fantastic Nate, Thaad and Sharon really work with you to improve your form and correct you as needed. I saw big improvements as I started to focus on my form better and shattered all my previous PRs! Now what was hard when I started has gotten better and I am facing new challenges and chasing higher PRs. I highly recommend trying the Lift District.

Amazing, professional trainers. Hands down, "Lift District Fitness" is the gym to go to.They're very patient and cordial, and classes can be "tailored" to your needs.Super clean environment, with a warm "camaraderie vibe" making you comfortable and for you to enjoy your workout.Definitely, I would recommend everyone to join "Lift District Fitness", best choice I've made to train there, and "you" won't be disappointed."Simply Awesome!!!!

I’ve been coming here for sometime and I love the energy, grit, & persistence coach Nathan & Thaad have. The importance of a good team is what matters in most CrossFit environment.Would recommend 1,000 times! Also let me not say of the endurance I’ve also overcome throughout the time. Highly recommend Lift District. Recently tested out of Type 2 Diabetes due to being in a more healthy place because of this gym. Super friendly staff and they care more about your health!

I participated in a Powerlifting competition recently at Lift District. It was a blast. The people and the vibe were amazing. I look forward to making this annual competition a regular thing.

Highly recommended! Recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and was told since joining, medication has been reduced with no side affects. Instantly increasing my overall strength and feeling like I’m 21 again!!! Let’s go!!!

Here are my 3 top reasons why I highly recommend LDF:The Staff: Trainers are knowledgeable and good teachers; they assist and correct you throughout your workout. They constantly teach you how to exercise correctly to avoid injuries and get the most out of your training.The Gym: Fully equipped and super clean ( I mean, they even have free cold water bottles available for their members).The Community: Even if you are only there for the workout, you will surely end up with a new friend. Everyone is welcoming and supportive, with a nonjudgmental vibe. I am thrilled that I found this gym— I genuinely hope you try it.

Nathan and the district are the best of the best! It’s great for every level of athlete from beginner to experienced and even for the power lifter! Everything you need is at the district! They have taught me proper form for every lift and the energy is fun! Love it!

New and improved! Best CrossFit gym out there. Different than others while getting great results in proper form, functional mobility and camaraderie. Definitely recommend to beginners as well as athletes more advanced in their fitness journey.

First thing I have to say is, Lift District is FAMILY and will always be my family. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The past three months Coach Nate has taught me so much more than I have ever learned in a gym on my own. He teaches you the correct movements and stability to not injure yourself. Coach Nate will ALWAYS be there for you. He really cares and has such a big heart. I have never felt better with my body than I am after these past months of being with the District. If you are looking for a fun, safe environment to get a great workout, this is the place for you!! I will miss you Lift District. Thank you for everything! Off to Dental School I go…

I never thought I could get to where I am now. The coaches here are amazing so patient and willing to show you how to do the exercises properly and have no problem modifying if you need it! I have improved so much since I’ve started and I’m beyond proud! Coach Nate, Thad, Rachel and Briana has been a blast to workout with! I see they even offer self defense classes as well!

Hands down amazing experience, amazing coaches and awesome folks! I started back in March as a postpartum CrossFit beginner! I can say today that I’m the strongest I’ve been and getting better. I always wanted to try CrossFit but heard all the scary things about injury, but I was assured that wouldn’t happen here. I started off in the Fit District, a complete beginners course to learn the technique and assess my comfortability before joining the more advanced kids. It was awesome help. The workouts have helped me to regain control of my breathing that was affected by long Covid and I’ve continued building on my strength. Today I completed workout 4 off 5 for this week. CrossFit at the Lift District has become my lifetime workout of choice! Thanks Coach Nathan and team for all you do!
