When I need to visit a local Cricket store, I do my best to always stop and shop at the Cricket located in Margate. ?The store is always clean, beautiful, and the employees are the best... ?Especially, Fior, the store manager. She provides us all with the best customer service. Fior is cool, calm, and collected. ?Every time I visit the store, I see how she values all of her customers' time. ?She always has a pleasant attitude, offers us valuable advice, resolves our phone situations, and provides us with a positive experience. ?I am super happy with all her kindness and service that she has provided me in over a year that I have been their customer that I had to write this Google Review. I went to tha Atlantic office several times to fix a simple problem, finally; on the day of Octubre ,17 ,2023 ,l meet Sophia P at the office,very professional, she's resolve the problem .Sophia is really work ing to make the satisfaction to grow the company, and encourage more customers to come taking services at Crickets. She's a very commucate person.

Very bad service, they charged me $29 dollars without checking my account, they told me that I had a supposed debt and later I complained and I realized that this has been done to several people in this store, they kept my cell phone for 3 days without doing anything.

I went to this cricket location yesterday evening around 5:30. I told them I wanted to switch over my lines from Att to cricket. I haven’t paid off my phones but I have done it in the past before. When I walked in I let the lady there know what I wanted to do and she was asking if I had the account number and the pin to transfer over the numbers. She asked was my phone unlocked I said I don’t think so because I haven’t paid them off. She says well we can’t do it because it’s not unlocked and I asked can we at least try because I have done it once before. She continues to say well the phone has to be unlocked and ask the guy who was working with her and he is like yea it has to be unlocked and if I did it with the phone that I have now I tried to explain that not with this phone but I have in the past with one of my others. The energy from the time I walked in as soon as I told them my situation was that they didn’t want to help. She then goes to say that she is going to call a coworker and ask. I just told them I’m leaving and I am going to go to another location because it seems like they don’t want to help. I needed up at another location in pompano beach off sample and when I walked in they helped me with no issues and gave amazing customer service. I also was able to switch over from Att to cricket. I will be leaving here to go post on there page a five star review. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location it seems like they didn’t want to be bothered.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE ! I went to this store just for a number change & new SIM card for one of my lines the lady switched the wrong line , she end up locking my phone didn’t know how to unlock it . So now the line that I did not go into the store for is all messed up . I was then without a phone for a week spoke with DM he was very rude n nasty asked to speak with someone higher than him he then hung up on me ! They lied n told me they sent my problem to corporate n corporate will handle it .

I have been to countless phone stores and not a single one of them can even compare to the service at this store. When you walk into the store it's almost like walking into your house with great attitude and smiling faces it is pleasure every time I walk into the store to pay my bill or even have a problem with my phone. The store is always super clean and well managed. Besides the overwhelming amount of blood sweat and tears Annailiz put into her job the deals they have are amazing.
