Would give 0 stars if possible. Purchased phone, received damaged product. I returned the item and they charged me a "restocking fee" that was the exact amount of the item so the refund was for $0.00.
When questioned, they responded they didn't receive it, I showed proof of delivery for the return. Then claimed restocking, when questioned again they now said it was not the item they sent me. It was most certainly the same item. Now they charged me for the item and now posses the item with out refunding. This is called theft. No question about it. I have proof they have taken my money, taken the items i purchased admitted they have it all and refuse to make it right. Now I am taking my time to dispute on my credit card. BEWARE, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE THEIVES.

Purchased a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G off of Back Market from them, in supposedly Excellent condition, phone arrived with a burned-in image on the screen and there was old glue sticking out of seams between the screen, frame, and back cover. Ports weren't cleaned, charging port seemed questionable. Screen also had what looked like small cuts on it, and the phone got quite hot after barely using it (however, I feel like that may be because it was fast charging from a 17% battery at the time). Phone had scratch marks all around the seams, so that and the messy glue tells me that someone did a very sloppy and careless job of refurbishing the phone.
Unsure if there were any other issues with it since I noticed the burned-in image almost immediately after turning on the phone for the first time and ran Android's built-in diagnostics program (dial *#0*# on ur phone's keypad to open it) to make sure I was seeing what I thought I was seeing, and then started the return while documenting everything I could.
Anyways, I returned the phone, asked for a status update a week after they recieved the phone, since I never got a message from them about anything, and a support agent from Back Market issued me a refund.
I wish Back Market would let you pick the seller; if I was able to I wouldn't have bought from this seller based off of all the other reviews here.
edit: forgot to type 'refurbished' at the beginning, woops.

Bought a note20 ultra from this seller off backmarket that had a broken volume button, overheated, and had a screen protector laminated on. Item was listed in 'excellent' condition that was supposedly tested before shipment. Returning the item but I Needed the phone asap and now I'm at a loss.

My mother got me a refurbished phone from Cellular Gallery's Amazon store as an early birthday gift, a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G, and everything is perfect! I'm so happy with my new phone! Mr. Leo has been so attentive, courteous and polite to her, and says it was a pleasure to work with him

"Great Customer Service!" I purchased a phone from this company a few days ago. Although the phone was sold as unlocked, I discovered that it was still locked when I tried to activate it.. The customer service was timely, considerate, and efficient. My issue was resolved. It is rare that you feel better about a company after you have an issue. This was one of those cases. I will do business with them again in the future.

I just bought a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra from them on Amazon that is SUPPOSED to be factory unlocked. It is not factory unlocked! It WILL NOT work with AT&T.I'm highly upset because:1) They said the phone was unlocked, my sim card determined that to be a lie!2) They give you no way to contact the seller after your item is delivered.3) They only give you a link to "tech support" which is someone who speaks Chinglish and is no help at all.4) I'm not even seeing a way to even attempt to get a refund!5) They have a phone number on Google and it says that they are open until 7PM, but they won't answer when you call!I feel like I have been scammed out of $450!!! I have an expensive WiFi device (because I don't know what carrier it is locked to) with a good camera, that's not what I ordered, I ordered a working unlocked phone! So my recommendation? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! They are apparently professional scammers from reading some of these reviews and going off of my own personal experience. Spend your money with someone who's honest, these people are obviously NOT honest. I want my money back or I want an S21 Ultra that WORKS that I can use on AT&T! Somehow or another tho I don't feel like that will happen...

Cellular Gallery Inc. DO NOT BUY PHONES FROM THEM. I bought 2 phones from them through Amazon in June of this year. Both are failing. 1 has a bad screen, the other has failed speakers. They refused to do anything about the problems and simply stated "out of 90 day warranty". When I told them I was going to write a poor review of my experience, one of them wrote in all capitals "yelling", and told me not to threaten them. Really? This company sells poorly refurbished trash that barely makes it past 90 days. Then they will do nothing about the $2-$300 bucks you wasted. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
