They lost a cat during the hurricane that came through. I took it in and now they refuse to take it. What kind of adoption center can’t even keep track of their pets during a storm and on top of that Make zero effort to get their cat back

Thank you so much for helping my friend and I with an abandoned cat she found at a Wawa gas station in Davie near the Hard Rock last night. We appreciate the work you do. Many people told me on the Nextdoor app that the cat would be put down at other places but we did not give up and we are glad you guys were able to help the sweet kitty we found. Thank you for dealing with difficult people in the community as well. God has great plans for you guys. God bless. I prayed the cat would be in good hands so glad you guys came through. We found an angel on the streets ??❤️?❤️?❤️?

If I could give zero stars I would. I called to inquire about the exam fee and possibly schedule an appointment for my sneezing cat. I was informed that there was an appointment available the following day and I was given the time. When I asked about their cancellation policy and attempted to explain why I would possibly need to cancel/reschedule, I was cut off rudely and was told maybe I need to get my schedule set before I take an appointment from someone that really needed it. I tried to explain why I would need to adjust and the "lady" I was speaking to didn't care and was quite rude.
I told her I didn't think the patient/office relationship was going to work out if the office staff was as rude as she was. She agreed and hung up on me.
All this from an office trying to do the best for cats in our community.
I did find out that their exam fee is $40... but I'll be spending that elsewhere... and I'm sure, I will be treated better. Ashame really.

I took in a community cat for a tail injury and a few weeks later for TNR. The prices are very reasonable and everyone is very kind.

We had someone dump a cat (who had been declawed and was defenseless) in our neighborhood. We immediately took her I to our home and hearts. We discovered Cats Exclusive when we needed car for our new family member. We visited a several times and always received the absolute BEST care for our Gabby!!!!
Today we unfortunately had to say goodbye to Gabby but we could not have had a more compassionate, respectful and loving atmosphere in which to say goodbye. The staff at Cats Exclusive are so knowledgeable and compassionate. They truly love what they do and it shows through every aspect.
It is not a fancy office (show every dime goes to the care of the animals), the phone is always busy and goes to vm ( bc the dedicated staff are ALWAYS busy helping animals and families). In short it is PERFECT!
Thank you so very much for all you do and all you give. Thank you for a warm hug when doing the one thing no one ever wants to do.
