I had my car towed to their shop and was told it wouldn't even be looked at for 4 days. That was not a problem. When I went to talk to someone on the date they said they would look at it, I found the work had been done. I received no estimate, no message, and no invoice. I was told after I paid the amount I would receive an invoice via email. I never received the invoice even after calling and texting several times. Which means I have no idea what was done to my car.When i picked up the car after it had been held hostage, it was full of dust and dirt from their paintshop.Also there was a part that needed to be replaced and I was told that I had to find the part myself...wow!Be very aware of this garage. Customer service is definitely not a priority.

Came here with my mom to get my car fixed, and the service was excellent. I just got my car back today, and everything is working well and fixed up great!

Such a great experience with Gary’s Auto Body. I brought my car in that had minor front end damage and the parts to repair with pricing was given to me right away. Prices are very reasonable and Max was such a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend.

They told me only need one or two days.but spent three weeks.the system still no fix.and broken down something.and made the car very dirty.smell so terrible.we have to move the car to Honda dealer to fix.

Max is amazing, down to earth kind of a guy. We had so many issues with the parts that were sent to him, he was so good to me. The work is impeccable. I have been a customer of Gary's, since Gary owned it, Many years. You will feel like family when you leave.

Took my G37 here to get the rear quarter panel repainted and my car was ready the next day. The paint job came out immaculate! A small area on the driver's side was also repainted without me even asking! I would definitely recommend Gary's Auto Body to anyone looking for a high quality paint job at an awesome price!
