“I gave it a four star only because it took too long when picking up the car. I made the reservation on line to save time at the counter but when I got there early in the morning, there was only one person to check out. The car also was not ready. I receive a Nissan Sentra that had the light on showing the tire pressure in the back was low. The car also had some problems like when stopped at a red light, the car throttled like it was going to turn off, and at times when changing lanes, the wheels kind of locked. Very strange the performance of the car. But when returned the car, and I explained the issue to the management assistant, Juan Guaviria, he was nice enough to give me a discount for the next rental and apologized for the inconvenience. I have rented a car previously from Enterprise and have been treated very nice.”
