Great Experience! We have used this location 5 times in the past 6 months. Every car was clean and worked great. This place is well ran and the staff works hard for their clients. (Hidden gem)

Our vehicle reservation was at 6:00, we arrived at that time and the employee in the photo was unable to assist us! He left us waiting 20 minutes outside to talk and he simply told us it was closed! We couldn't understand him completely because he spoke behind the glass window and didn’t bother coming out. He continued working and ignoring us without giving us an answer. he was very disrespectful. He just ignored us like we weren't there!We recognize that customer service was able to help us. Although the solution was for us to drive 40 minutes from where we were. A bad experience.

I reserved a vehicle through the Uber app, not for Uber rides but for personal use. The pickup process was quick and easy. We were assisted by the manager Alex. He was very professional and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this location.

Made a reservation 1week prior to pick up just for them to tell me that they don’t have a rental available when I get there to pick up. They have an entire lot full of mid size cars but try to upcharge me to the ONLY 2 SUV’s they have outside. Then they want proof of my lease/mortgage where I live that has my name on it as well as a utility bill with my name on it which I thought was very strange. Once that was provided they then ran my credit without my knowledge and told me that they can’t give me a rental. I was PISSED they ran my credit without my knowledge and have no idea why that was even necessary if there is a deposit I was willing to pay. I will NEVER use Budget again in my life nor will I EVER recommend this to anyone. Be very careful with the information that you give this company.

Never again. I saw a $69 charge that I have no idea what it's for. Plus my authorization hold of $350 has yet to be put back on my debit card. I feel like I went to rent a car & basically got robbed of an additional $419 in addition to the $244 I paid to rent the car. I called the 1800 number about my money & they claimed my money was issued back out to me, but there is no such trace in my account. These ppl are scam artist. I believe you're safer going with enterprise. I'm so hurt & disappointed. I can't afford the money they've taken from me. Just for a 2 day rental

Picked up a car yesterday and had to return because the maintenance light came on! 40 cars on the lot and was told we have no cars!!!!Called customer service and was told to leave a bad review!!!!!

Had a reservation for a van at 10:00 AM. It's currently 11:45 AM and I'm still at the facility.It took Mike behind the counter 20 minutes just to check me in when there was no one else in the building.The van's lights were left on overnight (allegedly) which killed the battery.The old white man who works "maintenance" was asked to jump the battery and literally was standing around staring at the van and jumper cables for over 10 minutes.When he actually started to jump the car he touched the wrong +/- and sparks started flying.I actually have a video of this because I felt like I was in a sitcom.I'm sitting here in the lobby waiting to cancel and have been for the past 15 minutes.

My review is somewhat overdue but nevertheless I had to convey my absolute satisfaction with my customer experience at this particular car rental location. I’ve been lucky enough to have my reservation being managed by Alex multiple times and I can’t say enough of his overall professionalism and courteous demeanor towards ALL his customers! He is very sharp and on point throughout every step of your rental process and customer experience, and expects and demands the same from his team as well. I can assure you that he will go the extra mile to make sure your rental experience is as seamless and uneventful as possible, and that your needs are met to your total satisfaction. Alex…I tip my hat to you sir! Keep up the OUTSTANDING job you keep providing your valued customers. I can assure you, just like me, they’ll keep coming back!5+ stars definitely… and then some!!

One thing I like about renting cars is quick in and out service. Thia is a smaller facility but service was fast. Alex was very helpful and provide GREAT Customer Service. I'll definitely frequent here and recommend.

I was very pleased with my service in renting my cars. Our representatives went above and beyond to research the availability of the cars that were needed and didn’t stop communication until all was handled.I would recommend Avis to all of my peers. And I will definitely continue to use Avis for all of my rental needs.

The customer service rep. blatantly added insurance after I clearly declined it. When I returned the car and called back to question a charge on my receipt. Was told it was insurance ?. I asked for a refund and was told by I assumed the manager nothing he can do at this point?! I called the 800# the Cs rep. refunded me. Budget Great ? the Margate Fl. location check your receipt completely! Better not be in a hurry???
