I went there twice. The first time, during normal business hours and it was locked up with "Open" sign on. The second time, I felt like I as robbed. And I ended up with my phone not working until I got home and finished the install myself! I wasted $70. Never again.

I bought a phone and a plan here . I came back a few months later to get help from the gentleman in the store . He told me he couldn’t help me and that I had to call customer service and also he didn’t speak Spanish or go to the store across the street because they spoke Spanish there . I was standing there for a few minutes because it was really hot outside and I was just cooling off for a minute. The gentleman kept asking me when I was going to exit the store . I’m not coming back here , they need a class on customer service . Do not go here .

I have been to this location in the past it was just ok.Holy cow what a difference today you go in there, it feels like I’m buying a Cadillac or a Mercedes-Benz the way you get treated now.Never went into a place like this looking for cell phone service where they offer water why I was waiting, that’s just one of the examples how I was treated.If you go in I recommend looking for this real tall guy his name is Adam, you will get the experience of a life time, I guarantee it, it’s incredible for a phone store mine blowing, seriously I can’t even explain what I’m even trying to say.I never ever write reviews but I had to this timeAdam if you’re reading this, thank you for everything you’re the best!

Had a great experience at the new store! Went in with a problem texting and calling. Not only did he fix the issue but I ended up getting a new phone while I was there and it was a very easy experience.

Replaced my Stylo3 with a Stylo 5x today just randomly picking a boost store.Good phone @ a great price & Alex took his time with me and totally helped me set up my phone. He knows what he is doing & knows his products. I would refer friends to this particular store-great employee

I went to this store to get a phone iPhone 11 they said it would be 995 for the phone when online the website said $599 then I went to activate my phone after I got it online they said it would be $60 just to switch the phone I said I’ll do it my self they locked my account took the SIM card that came with my phone had me go to another boost so they can fix it seems like your not familiar with boost mobile online prices it is 599 online when you buy it and you can lock an account according to the boost mobile in hollywood by putting the pin number incorrectly 3 times

Had a great experience. I tripped coming into the door, so when the worker read this he knows who i am, it was too funny, he cracked jokes but i was fun and games and had me laughing. I had a ball buy a phone, the worker who name i forgot. Anyway, i had no issues, my sister walked out with boost mobile service and she finally got an iphone sheesh. In other words, we were satisfied customers.
