Don’t try to have your Apple products repaired here. Made an apt, left name and phone number for Apple Watch repair. I show up for them to tell me they can’t do it? Have the courtesy to call or not allow appointments to be made. Waste of my time and gas and nobody seems to care.

Horrible Horrible Service. No wonder why Bestbuy is closing stores such as your Margate FL store. I buy a printer with a return date of January 31, you change it to January 13, (I think) but never tell me. When I notice, I call your customer service department and they tell me since I didn't open the package it's returnable, they put notes on my file, I get to the store, they refuse to accept the return since it's after the 13th and their store is closing for good. The supervisor, Davonte, said your customer service has no right to promise me they would accept the return, and said there are no notes in the system. Bestbuy is the one who chanced the return dates from January 31th to the 13Th. I am 100% sure of this. I doubled checked the return date before I went to Chicago for Christmas and knew I was getting back on the 29th so I knew I had time. Then when I arrived at your store, I asked your upfront people to bring in the printer because it was heavy and I'm 69 and they didn't bring in the printer. I finally went out and brought in the printer myself. They finally gave me a store credit which at age 69 I will probably never use. I will never shop at BestBuy again and will urge everyone to do the same.

I've always had a wonderful time going to Best Buy. For gadgets, especially TVs, it's my first choice. My worst experience was at this exact place. I would not share a manager's really improper remark. The young man who was taking care of me, my elderly mother, and another gentleman who was making a transaction next to me with an African American female cashier all made me feel quite embarrassed. You can see that everyone in the vicinity was shocked by the manager's remarks. He continued as if it had never happened. I'll get in touch with that department again later.

If I could give 0 I would my Daughter got me a samung Galaxy Tab A8 for a Christmas gift the return date was January 13 it started going crazy on January 21stit started jumping from one screen to another no exchange told that I have to keep this junk junk

Customer service sucks in this store, I saw like 5 employees doing inventory and none of them could help me out. I guess inventory takes priority from customer service.

Rude and/or spaced-out associates by the dozen. Customers are invisible. One of the doors was not working, I told a few associates, not a single one of them bothered to even respond.

I had to go to the Coral Springs location after ordering online.The service in the Margate store was terrible.Once I did find someone I could speak with... he had no clue about the products I was interested in.I mean... come on. You're working in an electronics store with technology. Study up and get a clue.

Very limited supply of televisions. Almost no supply of indoor antennas for TV. They told me can order through the internet. So that's more work for me.
