I’m only giving this review because I believe I was a victim of profiling.i went into the bank today at about 11:05 to cash my check as I’ve done for over a month now. I usually don’t go to this branch but I had business near it so I went there. The normal Setup of them needing manager approval to cash the check since I don’t have an account with them happens. This time the manager on duty(Carlos) tells me I have to deposit my check elsewhere and that he cannot cash it. His explanation for why was that “I cannot tell you why cause it’s not your account the check is being drawn on, but the check is fine for a deposit, just not to be cashed”. Carlos made the mistake of believing that I don’t know that since the funds were verified to be available and business I received the check from has a healthy longstanding relationship with BOA, the refusal to cash the check solely was on him. Seeing as how I’ve never had issues at the branches I’ve gone to before, I believe I was profiled. My bank takes too long with deposits which is why I opt for cashing it instead, but now I’m gonna have to fall behind on bills because my check won’t be available until around Wednesday thanks to Carlos. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH IF IT IS NOT YOUR USUAL BRANCH.
Update: I’ve attached the current situation I’m going through on Christmas Eve. No money, all thanks to being profiled by Carlos. I’m now considering some form of legal action as this is now starting to endanger my livelihood financially

It is the only bank in this country where the tellers do not know how to deposit a check, I went to deposit a check from my company, with the client's signature (perfectly endorsed) and obviously mine, perfectly endorsed. After more than 5 minutes looking for all the marks on the check, they called the “manager”… who told her that the check needed a seal from my client's bank saying that the signature was hers. (So why are checks endorsed??) I left there and drove about 5 minutes to another Bank of America where I deposited my check like in any other bank with professional workers.
If you hear the word “manager” you better turn around and leave. Don't waste your time on this... bank??? Yes, apparently it is a bank.

1000% PERCENT impressed with their professionalism and customer service, as it was my first time at this bank. Cristopher was so friendly and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions in BOTH spanish and english. He was very thorough and I definitely will be back if I am in the area!!.

My favorite BANK OF AMERICA! The staff is amazing. Everyone is kind and professional. The bank manager is very patient and never too busy to assist. This is how banking should be. 10/10

We came to have done two transactions.Our Agent was really great. She speak Spanish that is really good for our Latin community. She was kind, knowledgeable and nice. Our transportations were smooth and easy thanks to Anika.

The only thing I could suggest is do not have the ATM should drive thru side by side they should be on two separate trials because a car could be easily trapped and could be a security issue.
