I am so grateful for the store manager, Tina Lamboy! After having purchased the wrong part (from a less experienced employee) I returned to the store and explained what had happened. She understood my frustration being that I was stranded, quickly rectified the situation, providing me with the correct part & at a better price than expected. She was super helpful and I’m so happy to see a woman in these spaces. THANK YOU TINA!!!

I recently visited my local AutoZone store to purchase new wiper blades for my car. While I expected to simply buy the blades and install them myself, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the AutoZone employees.
Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member who asked if I needed any assistance. When I mentioned that I was purchasing wiper blades, they offered to help me install them free of charge.
The employee escorted me to the wiper blade section, where they patiently helped me select the correct blades for my car. They took the time to explain the differences between various brands and models, ensuring that I made an informed decision.
Once we had chosen the right blades, the employee offered to install them for me in the store parking lot. They quickly and efficiently removed the old blades and expertly installed the new ones, all while providing helpful tips for future maintenance.
I was impressed by the level of professionalism and dedication displayed by the AutoZone employee. Their willingness to go above and beyond in assisting customers sets a high standard for customer service in the automotive industry.
Overall, my experience at AutoZone was extremely positive, thanks to the exceptional service provided by their knowledgeable and friendly staff. I will definitely be returning to AutoZone for all of my automotive needs in the future, and I highly recommend their services to others.
