I have use All Critters for thirteen years. Dr Lewis is the best. He takes the time to listen to you about your pet and won’t do any unnecessary tests or treatments. He and his team have helped my pet with the upmost respect and concern. I highly encourage you to take your pet to him. He is the best

look i cant speak for everyone. i can only tell about my experience and maybe serve as a warning to other pet owners. i called in advance to make an appointment and i told them that my dog was eating poop and i really needed help to get this fixed. they looked at my dog for 5 mins saying that this was just a phase and i shouldnt worry. no blood test, no test to see if she had worms. i mean NOTHING! and this cost me $100 dollars. yes thats right $100! To me they were more interested in my money than providing vet care. will never be coming back. money doesnt grow on trees. thank you

We have been coming here several years but I don't know what has happened with this office. The staff is horrible. My dog received vaccinations in January. We were told that the printer was broken and we couldn't get records. A couple of weeks later we were back to get his teeth cleaned. They made another excuse about the records. Then we called twice. Both times they got an attitude and told me to use a handwritten receipt as proof. The groomer and boarder has rejected this documentation as "proof". Now I have left messges and they will not return the call, so I will file a complaint with the Veternary Board.

I was looking for a vet for my granddaughter’s ferret. They were unable to help me with her but pointed me in the right direction. The lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable and caring. She went out of her way to assist me.

I have gone to Dr Lewis for ALL my pets..for over 20 years.. my dogs lived to be in their 20's as as did my cats.. He is THE MOST HONEST and BEST Veterinarian out there.. I have no idea who or what happened, but he needs to get rid of the receptionist that works there. She doesn't pick up the phone and when she did she was HORRIBLE

Went in to get our annual check ups and shots. I have a cat and a dog so I get them both done at the same time. Really cares about the animals and their comfort. It is a small business with the vet and one tech. They gave our rabies certificates at the end of the visit, detailed receipt, and information on where to get county tags. Prices are awesome and reasonable. Will be our go to vet. Highly recommend!

What's going on with this place? The office staff is horrible! My pup had is annual vaccines a few weeks ago. They claimed their printer was broken. I called back in the next few days to see if I could get a copy of the shot records for groomers and boarding. They acted very bizarre like they didn't want to give me the records and told me just to use the handwritten receipt they gave me. It wasn't accepted so I called multiple times and left messages. No call back. Now the grooming appointment has to be cancelled because they haven't provided me anything. Time to look for a new vet.
