First of all, there are only five stars, Precious Moments jewelers is without a doubt, a 10 star establishment.I’ve known Emil well over 30 years. My Wife ,daughters & myself all get our jewelry from them. No other shop around can compare. Their knowledge, availability and service and just old fashion caring Is exceptionalRecently I had a mishap happen. Explained the situation to Emil , without even thinking twice he had an answer for me. This was all done over the phone as I am now four hours away. product arrived better than I could’ve imagined. PMJ team are amazing. I brought my mother's wedding ring in to have made into mother/daughter necklaces. The PMJ team worked with us to transform my mother's design into two beautiful pendants for my daughter and I. Richard kept tweaking the design until my daughter and I said yes...4 tries. This genuine little jewelry store made my engagement ring, then made a custom wedding band to match! They made it beautifully and had such patience. Everyone is always so kind and willing to help. At another visit, I brought in broken pieces that were my mom’s (significant meaning) and they renewed them and even made me a new beautiful diamond charm to hang on her old necklace. This place is straight class!
