I wasn't in the store for more than a minute to look around. I asked the clerk if he had any bongs and he told me that it was illegal to sell bongs. So I asked him if he had any glass pipes and then he refused to sell me anything. Try the smoke shop across the street near Walmart.

Horrible experience I have a medical marijuana license and whoever it was that gave such horrible service kicked me and my girlfriend out of the store because apparently I couldn’t say the word BONG. I’m honestly confused and Iv never been treated like this before idk if it’s because I’m BLACK But I was in the store for 2 seconds so it had nothing to do with my character. He didn’t let me know there was any rules before hand and there are no signs stating there was any rules about what and what not to say.

At first, it kind of upset me to see that although I've been shopping at this location every week for the past 2 months, I had to go to ANOTHER smoke shop to figure out that my battery didn't support all carts. I found it annoying that a location, where I've built a relationship (which is important to me) could only repeat, "no exchanges, no refunds" when shown the issue of what was then thought to be a dud cart. I wish they possessed the customer service to atleast offer me a different cart to test out so I could THEN buy it. Then I think the lack of a manager presence is probably why my service is subpar, but the picture below or above wherever they will place it, is the care the manager took towards my issue, no call back either. But, i realize it was so I could discover THE MOST AMAZING SMOKE SHOP I've ever been to, the same Delta 8 these guys sell for 43 bucks I can get for 30, they even gave me a battery that is universal, even gave me a heads up on the new shipment. Now I see that I was investing money in this horrible business to get turned off and sent to a WAAYYY better establishment where I will be keeping my business ? so instead of cursing you out, THANK YOU for your lack of customer service and thinking everybody in America just wants something for free. I found a smoke shop to call home now lol

Your scale does not go into the negative cause I would give it a 5 negative 5 stars Is the most uninviting head shop I've ever been in I had a at this to the beginning when I walk in I instantly felt uncomfortable now that I'm thinking back on the situation especially with that man with the dread you're standing there with his arms cross watching you while you're walking back looking in the storethink they'd all be cool mellow I ran into the biggest ahole in the world Yes the guy standing there behind you with his arms folded with the dreads With the weight of the world on his shoulders seems to be against him so let's just jump on any person that happens to walk into the place and look at Whoever he is and it would be a shame if that dude was the owner of the place Is that j*** in the wrong wayI you think that you should be gazed upon Like your a Somebody You are just alittle man With a bigger than thou Attitude At this store that made me feel so uncomfortable And threatened And literally felt my safety was at risk that's how intimidating this person wasI had to leave without He accused me Of not I guess looking at him in a correct fashion that seemed to have set him off He would not shut his mouth and just kept on yapping You picked the wrong place I don't know if hes got some issues because I'm white ???????So I had to leave and exit the building For my own safety And leaving the items that I needed to purchase He Followed and stalked and harass It's me While he continued to follow me outside and harass me to my vehicle impeding me from leaving and then hes eyeball in me while hes in Is the way Rudest place I've ever been vehicle not letting me leave I recommend not going there Go to the Little convenience store And go to grateful jays So if there's any poor saps that happened to accidentally go into this place I don't like to refer to it as a business but if you do go in don't look at the guy with the dreads because he'll wind up Running his mouth pulling some s*** And ruining your day my anxiety was screaming but by the time I got away from that area So if there's any poor saps that happened to accidentally go into this Hole in the wall I'm even don't don't like to refer to it as a business but if you do go in don't look at the guy with the dreads because he'll wind up Putting you in a threatening and unsafe position And he was aggressively Continued the harassment As I was leaving the parking lot I would not recommend this place to crack addicts

SCAMMERS cashier/assistant tried adding an extra $5 at the register to the lady in front of me and then attempted to charge me an extra $5 like i didn't just see him do that a few mins prior. ridiculous service
