Great location and equipment pretty much what ever you need from the gym XFS has you covered and the price is an extra incentive to be less lazy about fitness. I've gone at all different times of the day, and it's not busy to the point of inconvenient weight ( ha ) times.

Great gym on Marco. Extremely clean and very friendly staff. Almost every member I encountered was fantastic. Will be back in March for sure.

I am visiting Marco for a month and needed a gym to work out. I opted for a month membership and it hasn't disappointed. It's probably the best facility I've used. Clean modern machines that really work! Great, friendly staff. More than fits my needs. Thank you for being their for us working on our fitness levels

It's clean. Has enough equipment for a good workout, assuming the crowd is as small as today, otherwise, would be a little limited. And locker room is small relative to size of workout area. Clientele is mixed: Half seem to be there to socialize. Half seem to be serious. Expensive for a day pass or membership. No towel service, but it does have sauna/steam. Extra charge for hydro massage bed and of course for an actual massage. It's clearly targeting high end customers, not people who just want to work out. Probably a 4 or 5 for the rich socializers who want to say they went to the gym, a 2 or 3 for serious people. I'm the latter, so I will give a 3.

Wonderful Staff that always goes above & beyond your expectations!Very clean professional gym with plenty of equipment to get it done. Self care options…. Hydro massages, steam or infrared Sunlighten sauna. Get Healthy Today because wellness matters now!???❤️

Nice clean place with well maintained equipment. It's my go to short term gym to go to when I'm in Marco. It's a nice size place for the summer crowd but I've not been there in season and can only assume it would be crowded and may be difficult to get on a machine. The breakfast joint a few storefronts down is pretty good for a post workout meal.

The gym was great! But I give the service negative stars. Before I continue, I would like to mention that we are Filipino Americans so this is why we think this happened to us. I came to Marco island on a family vacation and my cousins plus my dad came to this gym to workout since our hotel gym wasn't great. We were rudely greeted by the woman working in the front desk. She didn't have a name tag so I can't say her name but she had a black short spiky pixie cut hairstyle who was fairly on the older side. She was huffing and making snarky faces at my family when we came in to get a day pass. She kept telling us that it would take a long time for us to register because she had to get our information individually trying to get us to leave. We didn't mind the wait at all since we wanted to try out the gym. We could already tell she didn't want us there by her attitude but we were kindly asking her how her day was but she would make snarky remarks and kept rolling her eyes now that she was busy since we got there. We then proceeded to pay for our daily pass and she asked if we had a working US credit card... I mean it doesn't sound rude but what I don't understand is why she had to mention "working US" credit card. I hope management speaks to her about this incident to prevent this from happening to other tourists. I suggest cultural competence. We didn't come back to this gym after this and just settled for the hotel gym since we didn't want to feel this uncomfortable again. Other than that, the gym was very clean, new equipment, and luckily others at the gym were friendly.

It was a great experience, I was here for about 2 months and was doing a membership! The price was awesome for the things you absolutely get! They have a very clean Infrared Sauna, a perfect locker room and private Shower Rooms! It was an absolute great experience! When i’m about to come again to Marco you also know where i’m gonna do my workout! It was a pleasure

Karen and all her staff was absolutely fantastic. We did the spa and I can tell it was upscale experience. I will highly recommend you won’t be disappointed. Thanks and see you see????

Bought a week long pass while in Marco on vacation. Plenty of equipment and not too crowded. The strawberry protein shake was delicious!

Love it! Excellent place to work out away from home. All equipment new and clean, staff very nice. Cost for days pass reasonable. Plenty of parking as well.

Great place to workout. The gym is very clean and the equipment is new. The membership ship price is very fair for the quality of the gym. What could be better then a nice workout in the morning and going nextdoor to the Rooster for breakfast.
