I had the worst experience as a customer at this location with manager Esther Santos. Rude and unprofessional to say the least. Refused to help us with basic billing questions. Do NOT go there, they’re a third party retailer and do whatever they want, they added services to my account I did not consent. Stay away!

My recent visit to the Verizon store managed by Esther Santos was a nightmare. She was disrespectful and unprofessional, refusing to help with billing questions and even yelling at me and my 10-year-old child, saying she can refuse service to whoever she wanted. Her behavior was unacceptable, and no customer should be treated in such a hostile manner. Verizon must address this situation promptly to ensure a better customer experience in the future. Please AVOID this store and go to a legitimate Verizon store off the island. Seriously, this store should be shut down. That type of behavior should not be allowed at any professional establishment.

Went to buy a new phone.. which I would think is there job to conduct..? But I was left with a guy named Eddie and he is terrible!! Please beware of this store they are terrible! I went to the Corporate store in Naples and they treated me right and with knowledge!!

AWFUL SERVICE. I am so sad after dealing with this Verizon store. They lost all of my archived and saved emails while transferring phones. They shrug. Let the buyer beware.
That's not all. now they refuse to honor the payment plan that was explained when the phones were purchased. Stay far away from salesperson, Eddie.
