Yeny just wasted 2 weeks of my time with taking DAYS to respond to emails/texts/etc. I would think twice before using them for a quote, especially if you are in a tight time crunch! She was also very confrontational and tried to place blame on me for her shortcomings. I will definitely make sure that I let everyone I know in SW FL to NOT use Tony Baker's office!

Troy Bakers office is always quick to respond to any questions and they always review my change in a vehicle thoroughly to make sure I am getting the best price for coverage. I have been with them since I moved here almost 20 years ago and never once have thought of leaving. It is a great office to work with.
