“My husband and I were headed out of town when the shield underneath the van started dragging. my husband drives from his wheelchair (so there's no front seat). we were in a pickle because we didn't know what we'd do if we had to leave the van to be repaired. the helpful man at the desk took the shield off and didn't charge us - and explained that the part wasn't essential and we could have it replaced later if we wanted. great experience, so kind of him to help us out!”
“We recently brought our car in for an oil change. As part of the service, they also checked the cabin filter and recommended that we change it. A problem arose in the course of doing that, but the Manager Pat was extremely professional and helpful and went out of his way to make sure that the problem was fixed right away for no charge. We would be happy to bring our car there again.”
