Couple of weeks ago the store was closed during business hours. First time they left a note on the door saying "out to lunch." Next day they just lowered the barrier but left the door open. Great business practices.

I once was a big fan of T-Mobile but over the past few months the service has been horrible and has gotten worse on the south end of Marco Island. They will send you boxes to compensate for the lack of a good signal but they don't work. I like Pete A. live on the south end of Marco and can attest to the fact that you can not even have a basic phone conversation on the T-Mobile network let alone LTE or 5G data without going to the north end of the island. I had to go as far as to get VZ wireless line just for my home because we could not depend on T-Mobile should we have an emergency.

Not sure what happened here. Manager Hector said $150 per month but turned out to be $208 per month. Very dissatisfied. Be careful what your told at this location.No complaints with T-Mobile brand, in fact 611 Operator Bonita worked hard to satisfy but was not able to give me what was originally promised, but certainly not her fault. Buyer beware at this store.

Do not get TMobile if you live in Marco island.. The South end of Marco island has horrible service. The map showing good coverage is not true.When will you update the maps to show lack of coverage on Marco?

This store does not even deserve 1 star due to the unprofessional behavior of one of the staff members whose name is “Hector”. This customer service representative doesn’t know how to treat people with respect and compassion. My husband tried to buy a cellphone with a line, Hector gave an extremely high price and my husband decided not to make the deal. Hector told my husband that he could go to another store to make a deal and got mad which is very unprofessional and disrespectful. We don’t understand how this guy has a job at T mobile.

I live on the south end of Marco and the service is horrible. Do not believe the coverage map, it's not accurate. My wife has At&t and she has great coverage on the island.

Crooks. Specifically asked to cancel plan after paying a restocking fee to return a product. Plan was never cancelled. This place is very unprofessional but it makes sense as the general consensus is T-Mobile seems to be the worst carrier. AT&T or sprint instead!

Dear T Mobile, Marco IslandOnce again you have my sincere gratitude for your amazing, skilled, knowlegable employees Felix and Eric who once again came to my rescue. They sold me a new phone, an Internet and trouble shooted my phone very patiently. They went beyond and above their normal duties to help me. I left the office very grateful for their kind help. You have my vote as the best T Mobile office for your incredible service in Florida.

Daughters phone went blank. Went to TMobile. Eric was working. Great guy. I had insurance and the store asked me to work thru them since the store wasn't able to swap the phone. Why? I have no idea. Insurance said I need to reset my pin. Work with the store. Eric helped and he was amazing. I got no issues with the store or Eric. I do have issues with the insurance I carry. 2 hours later and no resolution. All they did was refer me back to TMobile support which tried to upgrade my for a new model and I would have to pay "taxes" only. $374.13. Lol. Yeah right. Not happy with any of this right now, except Eric. He rocks.

I am amazed by the service I received yesterday at this location. I had a phone that was damaged, and had gone to another t-mobile location and they said it was unable to be unlocked to do the transfer to a new phone. I decided to go to the Marco Island location because they had the phone I wanted. Not only did they unlock the phone and got it to upload to the new phone (with lots of ingenious ideas) they hooked me up to a better phone with a great price. Thanks so much!!!!! I won't go to any other location in the future.
