The two ladies working in this store are the personification of customer service. I forgot something in packing and had a little emergency, I looked up stores online and dropped in, and they went absolutely above and beyond to help me!! The BEST place to shop on Marco Island. I've been going to Marco Island for almost 20 years and the only thing it had been missing for some time is some good shopping!! The sales associates are some of the kindest I have met. They take the time to assist and recommend pieces that have added life to my wardrobe. I always get compliments on whatever I wear from here. I'll always be a loyal customer!

One more store that they are nice when buying items but rude when returning, especially if items were purchased online. Clothing purchased online clearly says it can be returned by mail or in any J.McLaughlin store. I won't be shopping here anymore. There are far better sales online anyway and a much better selection.

I had an amazing and awesome time/experience shopping at J.McLaughlin, Marco Island, FL. First, and extremely important is Lisa , the sales associate working the day I accidentally wandered in the shop. First time for me. She is over the top greatness in putting things together. The clothing; wow. The beautiful cuts, lines, and design in their clothing blew me away. I am not saying this in vanity, however the clothing was perfect for me. I accidentally hit their end of the summer sale and walked out with beautifully tailored clothing at a bargain.If they don't have your size, they can get it for you. I am going to downsize my closet and build a downsized wardrobe with McGlaughlin clothing.
