They don’t respond to phone calls or emails. It’s just not worth the terrible customer service to shop here. Give yourself the gift of going to a different retailer or just shopping online.

Customer service has been awful for me.. I left a couple of voice messages with no return call, so I sent a couple of emails. It’s been a month, I give up.

We stopped here at the recommendation of the friends we were visiting on the island. Well worth it! My husband and I both left with multiple items. The selection of clothing was excellent, and they seem to have something for everyone. The sales ladies were super fun and friendly. What a gem of a store!

There is a reason why all the reviews are awful and it's 100% warranted this company TERRIBLE. They say to send an email and you don't get a response until 7-10 days later. If you leave a voicemail it's even worse. Had a gift card sent to the wrong address they never even responded to where it was being sent. They could care less about their customers and show it through there pathetic customer service.

Visited this store about 3 years ago on vacation. They are one of the only places I can find one of my favorite brands - Tori Richard for women. I ordered a dress to wear on my birthday and the size I ordered was huge on me and I was very worried I wouldn't have this beautiful dress to wear on my birthday. I placed an email to them and ordered a size down and made sure to purchase 1 day shipping. They emailed me back saying I should get the dress on the date I needed it by and I did!!! What a fabulous experience and it made my day.

Disappointing handling of online order. We're now approximately 2 months out from an order that was supposed to already be here. Tracking says it's reached a local post office. The company said it would "get back to me" on 2 occasions but of course now I'm here writing this review because that hasn't happened. To recap, they have my money, but I have no products.

Was treated very rudely by a sales clerk this morning. Was looking for some shoes, as I was conversing with the clerk, she saw someone who had more in her arms than I did (yet). She left me mid sentence to go ask if she was looking for something else before the other sales clerk came over to that customer. Extremely rude. I left without buying my shoes or the dress I had intended on purchasing.
