“The Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort is excellent. It is consistently one of the best resorts to visit due to their incredible staff, numerous on-site amenities, beach proximity and relaxing spa. Alicia Rosas is one reason we continue to go back to the Hilton Marco Island as she goes above and beyond to ensure my family enjoys their stay. Eddie at the bellhop desk also goes above and beyond to assist guests with restaurant and tour recommendations. Overall every trip to the Hilton is top notch.”

“This hotel is quaint and a hidden little gem on the island! Check in/out was easy and the room was very clean. Nothing fancy, but it had all of the essentials and was in a great area. The bottom floors are still being renovated due to the hurricane damage, but I never noticed any construction sounds at all. I could hear our neighbors a bit since there was a shared, locked door between our room, but it wasn't terribly loud. I would stay here again!Rooms: Spacious room, great A/C, fridge, microwave, coffee bar, small dining table, TV, another small bed, small bathroom.Nearby activities: Water activities, beaches, bike rentals, tours, food, barSafety: Seemed very safeWalkability: Could walk to some nearby restaurants and a bar. Close to a bike rental placeFood & drinks: There is a vending machine of about 6 different drinks on site. Otherwise you can walk to the nearest restaurant or drive/ bike into town which is very closeNoteworthy details: Check in times are really limited, so you might have to go to the office the day after your arrival to check in with the front desk. You can still get into your room the day you have booked, but you have to make time the following day to check in with the office during open hours.”

“I did not expect to like this place, I hadn't been back to Marco for decades, before the high-rises on the beach. I was pleasantly surprised. The location is great for beach walks, Tigertail beach is only a 2.5 mile hike north. The hotel itself is pretty average for a high-end Marriott. We were split among the two buildings, the water in the building farther from the beach smelled of sulfur and did not taste great.”

“Very nice little hotel. In a quiet neighborhood. The rooms have been recently remodeled. The housekeepers do an amazing job. Rooms smelled nice. No odor at all. Nice view of the little lake behind the hotel. The staff was very nice. Rooms have a full size kitchen. At least 4 restaurants within a half mile so definitely within walking distance. No vending machines but I asked about water and was given a bottle.Walkability: There are at least 4 restaurants within walking distance that i noticed. Its just over 2 miles to the beach away from the hustle and bustle. 7 eleven and dollar general are just down the street.”

“I'm rounding up my 3.75 rating to 4 stars. We just returned from a 4 night stay over Easter weekend. I was very nervous going into the trip after reading a plethora of bad reviews here. The resort was VERY busy, I heard several "regulars" say that it was the busiest they had ever seen it. It definitely felt busy, but also that in general, there was the space for it. This is a resort, expansive beach area, several (decent enough) restaurants, lots of kid friendly things going on, and TONS of families. There would be no need to leave if you didn't want to.A couple things I wish I knew-- the pools open at 8am and people line up in the 7am hour to get a spot. I lucked out the first day going down early, otherwise we would have been screwed on getting a chair. There are several "reservation" chairs that you can reserve in advance online-I didn't know this was an option, and would have done so for the simple convenience of not waiting in line. Pool chairs are a hot commodity at any resort you go to, it's just the way it is.The rooms are clean and spacious, bathrooms seem updated and were very nice. As other reviews say, don't look too close to the carpet in the rooms. It has definitely passed its time. Carpet just really has no place at a beach hotel. Nice large balcony.Front desk was friendly, pool staff was busting their butts and working hard. There are buttons you can push on your umbrella for service, and I found it to be very timely. The pizza restaurant right next to the pool was great, affordable, and super convenient.I did feel like the tidiness of the pool area really went downhill as the day progressed. Dirty towels left laying, food and drink cups sitting around, garbages overflowing. I don't know if this is a laziness of guests fault or staff not doing their jobs throughout the day.Marco Island is a beautiful place and we look forward to returning.”

“Service was amazing. Nice hotel, not too big and not too small. Has a cute ally full of delicious restaurants and bakeries. Live music. Wish it was closer to the beach but it was only a 7 minute drive to the closest one.Rooms: Very spacious and clean.”

“Old but cute and gives you a home feeling. The place is well managed and rooms are spacious. From carpet you can tell is an old place but I think has a lot of charm and character. The pool on the 5th floor it’s just beautiful and gives you a nice view of the ocean. Rooms are clean, staff is nice and we enjoyed our visit there.”
