Had a great experience at this location. I believe her name was Ann that helped me- she knew the designer I was after and picked out some hard to pass up pieces! I found exactly what I was after.

HORRIBLE staff, beautiful itemsWent in December 20ish, the sales person Anne told me they didn’t carry any high cut swimwear…..Purchased 2 swimsuits, one full price, one sale… both high cut. I’m also going to mention that this store has many high cut swimwear that’s why I like to shop there. Had to help myself because she clearly didn’t want to help me.Today, I went in to see if they had any new arrivals.There were other clients in the store, the manager Mary and Anne.As I was looking at new arrivals, Anne walks up to me and the very first thing she says to me really loudly “we don’t have any new clearance items”I said okay, she continues talking about it. I had to leave the store because it was so embarrassing.I called the manager Mary when I got home. She said that she actually heard Anne say this statement and it isn’t her fault I interpreted the statement in the rude way.I asked her maybe reconsider the way they talked to people but she wasn’t interested…..Clearly they thought I wasn’t good enough to shop there, really sad they treat paying clients horribly.

Amazingly selection of swimwear and matching cover-ups as well as beach hats and bags. Price per items $100+ but well worth it! Customer service was excellent. Sizes up through 16/ large were plentiful

I purchased this bathing suit last month while I was at my house in Marco Island. I went to wear it for the first time last week and there was a hole in the seam. I don't mind spending money on clothing this bathing suit was $200 but I expect quality. When I went to the store to exchange it, they said that I have to call the 800 number and deal with customer service. This is the last time I will shop at the store considering you can exchange a damaged piece of clothing at target and they won't stand behind their products. Not worth the high price.Update to this review.I ended up emailing the company and they did respond and gave me a gift card in the amount of the bathing suit. I do appreciate the response but still don't understand why they would not let me exchange the bathing suit in the store. I won't be back in town for months and I literally wanted an exchange. I do appreciate how easy it was to communicate via email and get the gift card.
