Seriously the most unprofessional, miserable pharmacy staff I have ever seen. Not only did they make multiple unnecessary snarky and rude remarks; they also clearly don’t care. Which to me poses a safety risk. Who knows what else they don’t care about? I wouldn’t trust this place or give them your business. Allowing these morons to fill your life sustaining medications? I advise against that. I have never had such a horrible experience. They probably make med errors on the daily. Be warned.
PS: Male pharmacist early 40’s dark brown hair, average height plus TALL, late 40’s-early 50’s woman (pharmacy tech) with an accent and grey/brown messy hair shoulder length… definitely the culprits of the NASTY energy here.

This was the worst CVS I have been to in my 28 years on this earth and I need the world to be aware. I was vacationing in Marco last weekend and the airline lost my luggage with my antidepressants in it. I got an emergency prescription called in due to the potential for severe withdrawal symptoms. The woman working at the pharmacy desk ignored me for the first five minuets I was standing there. I explained the situation to her and she just stared at me with the lights on no one home look. After an uncomfortable amount of silence the final boss came over. That would be the pharmacist who had dark hair, male, I 'd clock him at about mid 30s/late 40s. He looked at the pharmacy tech and explained to me that I was not due for a refill on my medications. I explained the situation about my lost luggage to which he responded "You're not listening to me, you're not due for a refill". I told him that I understood that, but I had an emergent script called in. He then proceeded to yell at me while the mute pharmacy tech smirked at me. He said "You're not listening!! How many pills do you need???". At this point I am close to tears and multiple people are staring at me. I told the man how many I needed. Then after the both laughed in my face he told me to come back in an hour. I apologized for the inconvenience I was CLEARLY causing to which he replied "Listen, I don't care, we all have issues". I returned an hour later to the pharmacy gate being slammed in my face and being told that the power was out. As a health care provider I just wanted to say that this was absolutely disgusting. Thankfully I am slightly less depressed now that I am medicated, but what if I wasn't??? What if this pharmacist was my 13th reason??? They cannot treat people like this!! I don't care if you're a pharmacist or the guy that empties the CVS dumpster, be kind. I hope you see this Mr. Pharmacist because you should be fired by CVS incorporated. Here I come Walgreens!!!

The Pharmacy literally never answers their phone. I have been calling them for 2 days because like the other reviews say, I don't want to wait in line to ask them if they can do this specific prescription that has been tough to find for my dog. In addition, my husband went to pick up a script with new insurance and the price was over $200. Obvious that it is a med he needs, they didn't even offer for him to check GoodRx where it goes from $200+ to $17.45. Once we get through this we will be taking our scripts elsewhere because of the constant inconvenience of this store.

They gave me wrong perscription and when I returned to correct, they arrogantly told me I had left the window and would not take the return. When someone checks their percriptions at the window they forcefully tell people to move away for the next customer.

Danny was very helpful and fast, great service. Dora & Alfredo very pleasent dealing with us old people : )
Some lady waited until her bill was ready to get her check book out to write a check! Who writes checks? I needed a benzo sedative!

don’t be late at ALL to pick up a prescription. i got in line and stepped out for 1 second to point out the soup to my sick daughter. when i turned back around the closed the gate IN MY FACE! i was begging for them to let me pick it up and they refused. as my daughter stood their crying in pain, they continued to tell me that they will see me at 9am tomorrow morning. i will NEVER be using their services again.

If you want to wait in line for an hour plus to pickup a simple prescription this is the place. Lack of help, poor system, too many ignorant people not having their act together wasting time. Walked out and switching to Amazon Pharmacy for home delivery. If it's urgent and you need it that day you are going to suffer greatly and maybe die waiting in line here. These retail places are going to go the way of the Dinosaurs if they can't improve service levels. They don't seem to see it coming or even care.

Went to pick up my prescription grabbed two other items that I needed when I got to the counter to get my prescription The woman at the counter said she'd only ring in my prescription not the other items I said it's just two items She said there's a long line of people waiting I said I understand that because I was just in that line now I have to go wait up front and align for these two items by the time we had this conversation she could have scanned my two other items I said her customer service was terrible and she told me I could go someplace else then can you imagine telling your customer they don't care go someplace else horrible this woman should be fired ASAP

Very odd that CVS has 3 separate sections at the pharmacy, PICK-UP, CONSULTATION AND DROP-OFF. I went there for a consultation, stood behind a woman at the counter. People in the pickup line came over a squeezed in from of me.I said, excuse me but I'm in the consultation line. They said, there's only one line, you have to get in the pickup line and the person at THAT counter has to tell you age can't help you and send you to the other lines.How totally ridiculous is this and a total waste of everyone that's in the stores time, including pharmacy staff.CVS you need to put signage I'm the area for SEPERATE lines to save a lot of time. SOME OF YOUR CUSTOMER'S ARE TOO CLUELESS TO FIGURE IT OUT ON THEIR OWN.

I've been transferred from the Winn Dixie recently closed pharmacy and find that the people are doing the best they can. So many people come here from other places and expect it to be seamless. Think about us poor locals that put up this the delays that unknowing snowbirds put on our little island. Pack some understanding when you come here or better yet, bring your prescriptions with you and there will be no problems for us or you.

During my visit to Marco Island, I unfortunately encountered an inconvenience at the CVS store. Having sustained an injury that necessitated wound care after a visit to the ER, I sought to purchase additional supplies. Despite arriving at the CVS location at 10:48 pm, well before the posted closing time of 11:00 pm, I found the door locked, and the cashiers were in the process of closing the till for the night. Regrettably, they declined any purchases for the evening, citing operational constraints within business hours. Consequently, I had to travel to Walgreens north of the island to fulfill my requirements.

Horrible situation, can't speak to someone about a prescription, they won;t honor GoodRx, and their staff is literally new every day, nobody takes ownership and nobody in management realizes that THOUSANDS of vacationers come through and this store gets hammered. They have routinely mistaken my prescription cream 5% and they substitiute the BRAND at 0.5% which costs $950. Then when I question them to LOOK AT THE SCRIPT IT'S 5% they go, oh, sorry we made a mistake. BUT THIS HAPPENED TWICE IN A ROW> I"mDONE WITH THIS PLACE AND WILL DRIVE ANYWHERE OFF THIS GODFORSAKEN ISLAND TO GET A PRESCRIPTION FILLED ACCURATELY!!!!
