Amenities for residents include tiki huts, covered picnic areas, grills, a playground, clean restrooms, showers, a grill, Friday fish fries (in season), sand toys, child life preservers, benches, concerts, and more. Residents can purchase short-term passes for visitors (subject to a fee, and the resident must be present). It is one of the benefits of buying a property on the island.”
“Incredible selection of high end gently used clothing and housewares including art and small furniture. Constant turnover means you may see an item like a set of plates or a button down shirt and it is gone (bought) and replaced in one hour visit. Come two days later and they will have all new stuff. Incredible low prices and $$$ go to charity., My advice: don't buy anything at Home Goods for your home or condo without checking the Bargain Basket first.”
