I went into my Chase Bank on May 14,2024 to wire 82,000 euros to Sicily where I was purchasing an apartment. They did the necessary paperwork, however when I went to the closing table in Sicily, there were no funds. I showed the paperwork where I had personally got the funds so every body thought it was a problem with the Italian banks. I called my bank in Marco Island, FL but never got a call back since I was told they don't make international calls. I finally got the president, Marizio of this Marco Island bank who got me 6 ID checks and I thought that would be the end of it, but this week, the money has still not arrived and he won't answer his phone. Be sure and find another bank if you want to do anything international, because this Chase Bank cannot cope with it. Since they had wired the initial money to Sicily I will loose approximately 35,000 euros,plus hotels and airfare and now attorney fees!!! Also, the owner of the apartment I am buying took all of the furniture out of the place, as per my request and is now suing me. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP CHASE!!!

Comparing to my previous bank, this location is the best with costumer service. Everyone is willing and wants to help you. Specifically, Svetlana was so patient and understanding with all my questions. She made my experience so easy, thank you all!

Dylan walked me through a wire transfer and made it so easy! Very professional and competent. So was Koray who did a deposit for me. I had not been to this branch before, but plan to make it my primary branch going forward. Great customer service.
