I do not like leaving bad reviews but Chase earned this review. We opened an account, deposited a check that Chase errantly marked a check as fraudulent. Chase refuses to return the check to the issuing party. We had no progress after dozens of phone calls with Chase. Today we filed a complaint with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation. Shame on Chase.

I recently made a deposit to my savings account account and because of the deposit to savings my checking account was frozen for a week. I had a large amount of money in the checking account, but my scheduled payments were denied. I have tried calling customer service, in India, and they are unable to explain why they froze my checking account resulting in returned payments.. also no one has said "I am sorry". We will start looking for a new bank.

We have several business accounts at Chase and they've always provided great service. After hurricane Ian left me 18 days with no internet, they graciously let me use their Wi-Fi, and I was able to get work done those days and keep our business going. Staff went above and beyond and I appreciate them very much.

The worker Mariana is deficient. He does not have good treatment or kindness with a Hispanic. What a shame he doesn't know how to serve customers of many years at Chase. we all matter

We met with Alex today and he was amazing. He did everything we needed very quickly but was thorough! He cared about what we needed and made sure to address every single concern and request with professionalism and kindness! We love Chase but really, Alex is one of the reasons we do! John, the branch manager was great to chat with as well. Glad we bank with Chase!

Alex was outstanding!!! Seriously could not have been happier with our experience. He's fast and knowledgeable. We also appreciated the branch manager and how kind he was, I think his name was John? Definitely grateful to have met them!

I don’t like to give bad reviews but I went into this bank long time Chase customer to get two rolls of quarters and they could not change $100 bill for me never heard of anything like that in a bank

I stopped by twice and was unable to get a banker. I left my cell both times to get a meeting and never received a call back. Twice!!

Unlike some of the reviews on here, all I have ever had was excellent service. Everyone at this branch works extremely hard, is very professional, and genuinely wants to help. They have gone above and beyond for us many times.

Bank is consistently understaffed. 20 minutes to get a simple withdrawal. 40 minutes waiting for a notary.

Absolutely terrible bank. The drive through atm has messed up twice. It ate my cash and did not give me any type of receipt or anything for it. Then said they we’re unable to help me because they were short staffed so I had to call. Terrible customer service and terrible ATMs. Questioning switching banks from these experiences.

Hands down the best bank in town! The staff at this branch are all great. The branch manager and the private client banker are both super nice and helped me with a lot of things. The tellers at this branch are all friendly and takes care of the transactions efficiently.
