“My husband and I were headed out of town when the shield underneath the van started dragging. my husband drives from his wheelchair (so there's no front seat). we were in a pickle because we didn't know what we'd do if we had to leave the van to be repaired. the helpful man at the desk took the shield off and didn't charge us - and explained that the part wasn't essential and we could have it replaced later if we wanted. great experience, so kind of him to help us out!”

“My car was filthy inside and out from my trip from Buffalo to Marco Island, so I decided to give them a try. The price was reasonable and the process was very quick. Im very happy with the service. While checking in I asked if there was someone that could check my antifreeze level, because I noticed a small amount on my driveway. They sent me next door to the oil change department. It wasn't busy when I pulled up, and the mechanic said of course he would check it for me. He topped off my overflow chamber and explained what happened and why. I will be sure to look for an issue in the future. Thanks for the friendly and great service!”
