They were rude beyond believe! Cant believe they get repeat customers.. Make you feel very uncomfortable.. Stare and watch for any little thing you do wrong on the dock and correct you in the most unprofessional way..

Bad experience, 4 years ago. I made an appointment to put my boat in the water. They forgot I showed up and they complained about having to do it.
Also, they gave me the worst yamaha mechanic that cost me 1000+ dollars and messed up the entire job. I had to have the same job redone correctly elsewhere.

Rude. Unhelpful. Always act like you’re a bother to them and that they wish you weren’t there or calling them. Been like that as long as I can remember the last 10-15 years or so and still the same as of today. It’s amazing the people there have jobs it could be run so much better.

Terrible at answering phone. Guys who work there are bothered by you, in any capacity (ice, rental, parking…..everything). Should sell Marina to people who enjoy…….life.

Great experience with renting a boat here at duck key marina, Our family had a blast. Caught some fish, grabbed lunch in marathon. Then spent the afternoon on the sandbar. Nice to step off land for a few days.

Great boating day for our family of 5. We rented the Century 18 footer as this was the only one available this day. We went snorkeling at Coffen, and then went to the sandbar close to Curry State Park/Marathon. Ray's explanations were very clear and precise especially when navigating thru the shallow areas out of Duck Key. He was very professional and his directions made our family day perfect. Boat was in great condition and we had a wonderful experience. Would recommend to all friends and family!

Tried to get fuel this morning and was told “not today” by a very old and rude employee, I assume because it looked like rain and he didn’t feel like doing anything today. Avoid this place at all cost!!!

Courtney and Bob are great at running Duck Key Marina. I have my boat stored there and they are always willing to help me with whatever I need, within reason of course. Very knowledgeable crew, funny and always friendly. The gentleman who rents the boats is great as well. All 3 bend over backwards to help. Even if it is not part of what they offer. Would keep my boat anywhere else. Thanks Guys!!!

Rented 25' Proline and the boat ran great and was perfect for fishing inshore and offshore. Ray even ran me back to my room after dropping off the boat. I will be back soon!

The older guy acts as if you are a major pain in the a$$ when you come in to buy fuel, doesn’t say a word to you except some grunts and groans. Get your fuel somewhere else if you can.

The boat we rented was great! Ray was very informative on the area. Would definitely rent again from them! I truly don't get all the negative reviews. Imagine how anoying it is for this local business to cater to outsiders who have no knowledge of the Keys and want to take an expensive boat on a joyride into the most shallow water ever. We got ours stuck and Ray came out to check on us. Unfortunately a tow boat was needed and we returned to the marina late and were not charged for it. This is a stand up local business that unfortunately has to deal with....well...all of us???
