“I tell you what, buy gas anywhere... It's gas. Looking for a true island vibe with chickens running around, incredible delly / hot counter with authentic local faves ... Including the best chicken around ( I had it for Thanksgiving dinner once ) ... And they assure me that they are not from the parking lot. Anyways the place is busy in the morning, everywhere is, good coffee, good prices, incredible staff that works through a crowd. Hey if you're all bunched up about how long it is taking to get to Key West.... Well up till now you've been in the fast lane baby !!! It only gets slower from 7 mile on down. Do yourself a favor and stop in at Dion's. Grab some great chicken, coffee, or cool island food... ( I just point... I have no idea what they call it... I call it good ) spin the radio dial to something local and enjoy the views. Relax, you're on A1A for a reason... it's time to live where nothing moves fast. It truly does exist... Embrace it. And if you want to move fast go to Dion's !!!”

“Wasn't looking to eat but had to stop for gas. Went inside to get a cold drink and was welcomed by the wonderful smell of fried chicken. Ordered a bucket with Soen potato wedges and corn dogs. Should've gotten more because the family engulfed it all despite eating lunch only a couple hours ago. Staff was welcoming, super nice and patient while I was trying to make my choices. It might be the only fried chicken in the area but it is very good and satisfying.”

“We saw on our way to Key West this gas station and noticed how cheap the price per gallon was. Compared to Orlando which was around $3.57, this Tom Thumb in Marathon was at $3.13. Comparing the price per gallon to gas stations in Key Largo, Islamorada, and Key West, it was even more significantly cheaper as the prices in most of the keys average from $3.89 to $5 per gallon. We made a mental note to return to this Tom Thumb on our return home. It was a refreshing savings on a full tank. So, for the best and cheapest gas in the keys, fill up in Marathon.”

“Marathon location- Surprised by the negative reviews - went to the subway in the store and thought everything was clean and the service was fast and friendly. Had to pay at a different register and the person that waited on me there was also friendly and had a manager tag on. Noted a good selection of cold beer also but I wasn't in the market for that. Will admit it looks a little sketchy from the outside but the keys are still recovering so who cares if the sign is blown out temporarily”

“On all honesty the food is great before and after I started also helping the make delicious sandwiches. WE MAKE !! All varieties your choosing from our menu we have our breakfast sandwiches, BLT, Cubans,Italians, and see every day for our specials don't miss out !! Inside the store we have lots more to choose from when your there and your there and you've read this tell them INK sent you !!.???
