I've never experienced the situation I did today in the post office Bc the customer ahead of me didn't have enough cash and had to leave to go to an ATM, no one in line behind him(me and line continued to grow) could be helped until he returned bc she had maxed her transactions she could suspend for the day. The other postal worker was on lunch. So, I had to waste time in line until the customer returned. It was no issue for her, as she said bc she is on the clock being paid. But for me, the customer, my time was being wasted. The recommendation was to visit another post office(which would be out of my way). It was very inconvenient and disrespectful of my time. The post office needs a better process. I'm in disbelief this was the option to handle this situation.

This is the closest office to my house so I'll assume this is the one employing the incompetent drivers. Is there no accountability for deliveries made to incorrect addresses? Just start automating it if people are this unreliable.

I'm in Florida vacating for an extended stay and I ordered something that needed to be delivered. I spoke to a male worker before I had the package shipped there.I went into the post office to pick the pkg up and spoke with the post master, I believe. He was very nice and had no problem accepting the pkg and the pkg was delivered by UPS.

Had an appointment here instead of the one close to my house because they had an earlier appointment available for a passport photo. I got here and they don't know how to do it..... Waste of time and gas. Now I have to look for another location and do it all again. Make calls, drive, wait in lines.

The representative (long hair, colored eyes) was somehow angry and stressed when I went there. Didn't inform me my pre-paid package that I wanted to ship was overweight and charged me before I knew it. When I asked why she didn't inform me, she took the package from me and said she can't cancel it so she will send it back to me!?, which she almost did. It doesn't even make sense! She does things on her own without inforing the customer, without your request and approval.
