She goes over and beyond to provide the best customer service. I definitely prefer this location as opposed to Plant City whose employees are "too busy" and not helpful at all. You're basically on your own at the Plant City location. Thank you Carmela for assisting my son and me with the books shipment!”

I spoke to a male worker before I had the package shipped there.I went into the post office to pick the pkg up and spoke with the post master, I believe. He was very nice and had no problem accepting the pkg and the pkg was delivered by UPS.”
