“We had a difficult vibration issue with an MDX. It took HiTech 3 visits to fully address the issue which was very expensive to fix. On the positive side, HiTech dealt with us in a very professional manner and made sure we were happy ultimately offering to not charge us for some of the labor/parts if the problem remained after the 3rd visit. On the negative side, this process took a long time which we incurred rental car costs. We would have liked to have seen HiTech do a better job of researching issues for a fully addressed solution the first time and take the time to fully test drive the solution rather than returning the car for the owner to discover. This was however a difficult problem with multiple parts needed to address. In the end, our car drives better than new now.”
“Great service, high quality work and not expensive! They fixed my AC for no charge when I came for oil change. Plus refilled other liquids and checked for any issues under the car and engine area for free. Honest owner and employees, will service my car only here from now on.”

“I thought transmission places were basically the same. Went to Cottmans transmission and met Don. Don believes in old school communication. He will keep the customer updated with what’s going on with the transmission and if it’s under warranty what’s going on with the warranty company I can’t say enough good things about Don very happy with the service.”
“I've driven by their 901 W. Busch Blvd location countless times, noticing their "Oil Change 12.99 and Up" sign. The Bucs Mobile was overdue for an oil change, so I gave them a call. Calling around 1pm, I was given a 3pm appointment. I asked if their $12.99 fee was still available and it was confirmed. I was asked if I had my own oil and filter, which I did. When I arrived exactly at 3pm, I only had to wait 20 minutes before my vehicle was on a lift. I again asked if their 12.99 charge was valid, and was then told it's $15. I was okay with that, as that's still a good price for someone getting their hands dirty, although it is slightly deceptive to advertise a lower price. I appreciate the fact that I was able to watch everything the mechanic was doing, start to finish. (I have a coupon for a $9 oil change at a local car dealership/service center but they won't let you get close enough to watch what they're doing. No bueno. So, the extra few dollars spent is well worth my piece of mind.) If your vehicle needs an oil change and you don't mind bringing your own oil and filter (bonus: you know EXACTLY what's going into your car's engine), I recommend stopping in.”

“This is my second time going to this location for an oil change, at each service interaction the manager has been both customer service driven and efficient in explaining things when posed with a question to help me understand services being rendered. To add, he even remembered who I was the second time around, which was nice. Other members of the team were great as well. “Picked up a screw in my tire while driving. Went to see Olin Mott without an appointment hoping they’d get me in. Not only did they patch the tire, they refilled the nitrogen in the tire, then topped off the remaining tires and reset my car’s tire pressure monitoring system - all in under an hour. Highly recommend these guys for any tire related issues. And the staff is phenomenal on top of it all.”

“The guys at Mad Hatter did great work on My Audi. I came in with a Fuel Gasket problem my car was serviced ASAP. Also the shop was closed early when I arrived to pick up my car and the owner Dave still made it happen. I was still able to pick up my car even though the shop was closed early for the day. I definitely recommend getting service here!!”
“Don't know what the terrible reviews are for. I love these guys. I've been going there for close to 10 years. Stan and the crew there are the best, have had 4 cars serviced there, domestic and import. Would not go any place else. What I love about these guys is they are straight with you about what needs to be fixed, unlike the service departments at a lot of dealerships. If there is a repair that doesn't need to be fixed today, they will tell you that. If you have a problem that is still driveable, they will tell you how long you can drive with the problem before it gets really bad. Their prices are really reasonable. The people who have downvoted this place probably expected a whole lot for next to nothing.”

“I had my oil changed a few weeks ago and you added air to my tires. I noticed my rear tire was low so I pulled in and everyone was so kind and moved me quickly into an open bay. Filled my tire and checked the other tires. Thank you for recommending that I look into getting a replacement. I always feel comfortable and confident with your services.”
“I have been going here for oil changes for many years and one time they spotted a dangerous quarter size bubble on the inside of a tire and was able to put on a used tired for me. I have also been to them for repairs. No matter what I go in for they are great, don't try to do things you don't ask for. They are also very reasonable and time efficient. Like this morning I went in for a repair expecting to be an hour or two. They got the part after I called day before and was completely done in thirty minutes.”

“I took my Jeep to Jiffy Lube on Memorial Day 2024, it was one of the few places that was open on this holiday. I was greeted by the mechanic and technician named Michael, really nice, friendly approachable guy. I told him I got a message on my dash that said I needed an oil changed, he took a look and said I only needed to be topped off, I still had 1k miles to go. While he was under the hood topping off my oil, he noticed my coolant was 'boiling' and 'trying to overflow from the water pump tank.' He recommended that I go to a place like Meineke to get it checked out then come back to Jiffy Lube and any other minor maintenance I might need. He wrote me up a short description on my receipt for possible overheating at no extra charge.
If you guys are looking for honest, friendly, knowledgeable maintenance for your vehicle, please check out the Jiffy Lube in Brandon (along E Brandon Blvd). You won't be disappointed. I was initially pleased they were open on a holiday but I left completely satisfied with the service I received. Thank you guys for all your hard work!”
