I met Erin at an open house while I was staying in Florida this winter and immediately recognized how knowledgeable she was with the area and felt a trust in her. Fast forward, I ended up searching for a house while in CT and Erin was amazing and went over and beyond by doing facetime tours, taking local friends of mine to view houses, and low and behold I bought my first house in Florida with her help. I would absolutely recommend her for anyone looking for a house in the Lake Worth Florida area.

Jon and the Allen Team are a great pleasure to work with. Jon does the home buying process everyday but that in no way diminishes his enthusiasm and great guidance as you shop houses with him. We were guided to the homes that met and exceeded our needs and then Jon worked a great deal! Very happy with our home and the terrific service that got us here!

The Allen Team was the choice for us ! We quickly sold our home thanks to the expertise of Bo, Erin, & Jon Allen. In detail they patiently explained the selling process and what to expect. Their knowledge of the market gave us the confidence to make decisions selling our home with their guidance. We felt a part of the Allen Team every step of the way ! All 3 Allens promptly responded to our phone calls/texts when we had questions regarding the Title company, alleviating all of our concerns. They are the best !! We will absolutely utilize their skills again to buy or sell a home. We highly recommend the Allen Team !!

Erin is a top-notch realtor. She patiently accompanied us to see many, many houses, even those which didn’t meet our criteria. Erin knows the market and guided us in making two appropriate offers that demonstrated our seriousness. Once an offer had been accepted, she was impressive in her attention to detail. Erin advocated on our behalf with the tittle company who had tacked on an inappropriate closing fee of $995 when ours was a cash purchase. She got this fee removed. I would never have realized this had it not been for Erin. I am giving Erin 5 stars because she has earned it. I’d highly recommend her.
