Poor customer service at the spa. I have been giving my wife gift cards for Eau Spa for years. Unfortunately for her birthday this year there was a mistake at the spa in which they told her, my mother and sister in law all of their services were paid for. One week later the spa charged her credit card for the total of all the services without any notification. I attempted to resolve the situation with the spa manager but it seems there was a misunderstanding again. They refunded my wife partially and was told there was not going to be any additional refunds. I do not understand how an entity can charge someone one week later thousands of dollars after they were told checking out of the spa they did not have to pay. We will not be returning to the hotel or the spa.

Our amazing experience at the Eau Spa began with Marla, who crafted the perfect itinerary for my wife and me. We initially had plans to travel this weekend, but when those fell through, we decided to find a relaxing escape together—and Eau Spa delivered exactly that.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the valet and guided to the spa reception, setting a welcoming tone. First impressions matter, and every single staff member we encountered wore a genuine smile. Our concierge invited us to make a wish in the fountain, a lovely touch before we embarked on our spa journey.
We briefly parted to visit our respective locker rooms, each thoughtfully equipped with lockers, vanity areas, bathrooms, saunas, jacuzzis, and more. Once changed, we reunited in our private villa, where Savannah, our dedicated attendant and my masseuse, welcomed us with warmth and attentiveness.
Our journey unfolded beautifully with a Turkish Mud Bath, followed by the Queen of Hearts Scrub, Bath, and Massage, and concluded with an indulgent Queen of Hearts Facial. Each treatment was exceptional, making this one of the best spa days we’ve ever experienced.

This was my first time here and wow was I blown away. My concierge Yaimi was very sweet making me feel very welcomed upon my arrival. I started with my two hour massage with Troy, it was so relaxing and he made the entire two hours very enjoyable. I had an hour break in between my massage and facial, so I went to enjoyed some food at Savor. I was served by a very lovely and attentive woman named Natalia, I got the the turkey club with wedge French fries. Very yummy! The next appointment was my facial with Mandy, she was so intelligent and only wanted the best for my experience, she suggested get add ons. (Alpha beta peel)
Last but not least, Samatha and Christina at the check in and out were two great girls with great personalities! I honestly had the best day ever.

My mom, sister and I stayed at the Eau for our birthdays. We had spa services that were amazing. The estheticians were extremely knowledgable and kind. However, the customer service is very poor. There was a mistake at the spa in which they told us our services were paid for upon checking out, which wasn't a far fetched thought since it was our birthdays. Then 1 week later my credit card was charged for the total of all of our services without even notifying me or calling me to explain the situation. We tipped our estheticians more, bought recommended products at the spa, ate lunch and dinner at the resort with the money we originally planned to spend at the spa. We live locally in Florida and I am very saddened by the situation. I will not be able to return to the spa or recommend the spa. I have been partially refunded, but its the principle of the entire situation. For a top rated spa, I expected more empathy and customer service from a spa manager. My mother has been trying to reach the hotel manager and has not received any response.

Amazing hotel. The weather was windy when I was there so sea was off limits, red flag. I felt hotel was quiet. The hotel is right on the waterfront. The room I had was spacious and had a sea view. The bed was v comfortable. The bathroom well equipped with clam shell, bath large shower and lots of toiletries.
Food and drinks: I had breakfast, a smoked salmon egg Benedict. Hollandaise sauce perfect, egg cooked just right.

Fantastic experience. Amazing customer service. All the staff member were courteous and pleasant, including the concierge, reception, pool side servers, housekeeping staff.
Highly recommend the spa services/treatment; as part of that you get a full day pass to experience steam room/saunas.
Nobu was fantastic in-terms of food and service
Poplo has great brunch and dinner highly recommend
Angle is an awesome spot for fine dining and for a great filet; they also serve awesome bread to start.

Very nice resort. A little outdated and a step below in comparison to a Ritz-Carlton or Four Seasons, but still very nice.
